- dear high fiber diet doesnt make any bleeding but it may be due to heamorrhoids (pile) u dont mention your age and if u had any other condition and if u suffer from long time constipation before or not ?u said not now by the way fresh blood mean that the bleeding comes from the rectum or anus and i think we can help in this matter
