FAQ
If I need your offer, what information do you need?
In order to choose suitable products, it will be appreciated to provide us the information, such us specification, technical data, order quantity, products application etc.
If any question, please contact us freely.
How do you control the products quality?
With strict quality control system throughout the materials selection and production process, our refractory and ceramic fiber products quality is effectively controlled to meet customer requirements.
From the raw materials selecting, our quality control begin. The quality certificates of raw materials are required and each batch will be tested before using. During production, the quality control are conducted by workers and then each piece will be sorted and examined by quality supervisor.
I’m not satisfied with the refractory materials I used before, can you propose more suitable pro
Yes. Please give us the problems you faced, your requirements and the technical data of the products you used before. That we will give you our suggestion and propose the solution based on your special requirements.
What’s the lead time for my order?
It depends on customers’ requirements and our production schedule. And usually we need 30-60 days for refractory bricks,10-25 days for unshaped refractory materials and 10-20 days for ceramic fiber blankets.
Can you offer Door-to-Door delivery?
Yes, but only for some countries such us U.S., UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Russia, etc.
What is the minimum quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity. Depending on the item and processing, there may be a minimum production required, however we can offer a quotation based only on the quantity you need.
- Q: Is there a big difference between two high alumina brick and one high alumina brick?
- According to my experience, two kinds of high alumina bricks from the index, there is a big difference between the content of AL2O3, a high aluminum brick in 75%, two grade high alumina bricks in 65%, so the content is not the same, also decided that the use of temperature difference, the difference is very big.
- Q: How many cubic bricks does a high alumina brick have?
- Different content of aluminum, different proportion, weight is not the same. General grade T3 standard brick, 4.3~4.5kg, aluminium content 75. T3 size 230*114*65mm.
- Q: How are the high alumina bricks fired?
- Light and high alumina bricks are usually fired in a weak oxidizing atmosphere. In light and high alumina bricks firing, they are often rich in impurities such as R2O, RO, Fe2O3 and so on. They react with Al2O3 and SiO2 at high temperature to produce liquid phase. In the Al2O3 - SiO2 - R2O system, the growth rate of liquid phase increases with the increase of temperature at high temperature. So, because the increase of sintering temperature brings a lot of liquid phase, the decrease of liquid viscosity will lead to the deformation of brick and the decline of brick high temperature function. Therefore, the lower sintering temperature and longer holding time should be adopted in the sintering process dominated by liquid phase sintering. The production practice shows that the same firing temperature can be used for the high grade aluminum bricks. When fired in an inverted flame kiln, it is usually 1430 degrees centigrade and insulated by 40H. The high alumina bricks such as Ill are 1390~1420 degrees centigrade. When the tunnel kiln is fired, they are 1550 and 1450~1500 degrees centigrade respectively. High alumina brick is usually made of weak oxidizing atmosphere.
- Q: Corundum, high alumina and fireclay refractory difference is what
- In fact, they are not consistent with raw materials, corundum refractories can use white corundum, white corundum, brown corundum corundum material, alumina content of these materials is higher than 90%, while the high aluminum refractory material is bauxite, alumina in 90 to less than 70, and clay raw materials the aluminum content is less than 70..
- Q: The difference between ordinary and diatomite brick refractory brick
- Refractory brick belongs to a large class, according to different materials used are divided into: high alumina brick, dolomite brick, magnesia chrome brick, magnesia spinel brick, phosphate brick, carborundum brick, brick, mullite bricks etc..
- Q: What are the requirements for refractory materials in heat treatment furnace?
- The structural strength of high temperature is evaluated by loading softening point. Load softening point is that under certain pressure (2 kg/ cm 2 = 0.2MPa) under the condition of heating rate to heating, measured the sample deformation (deformation for the original sample 0.6%) temperature. This temperature is called the softening point of the refractory. Sample size is Phi 36 x 50mm.
- Q: What causes breakage of refractory bricks?
- There are many factors that lead to the damage of refractory brick, can be divided into: the chemical loss (e.g. salt penetration, redox phenomenon), heat loss (burning, thermal shock), mechanical loss (kiln deformation, thrust, brick masonry quality etc.).
- Q: What is the difference between metal compounds and metal solid solutions?
- Sigma phase belongs to Affirmative system, there are 30 atoms in the unit cell, two element alloy, sigma phase formation is related with the following conditions: (1) the atomic size difference, phase difference between the maximum sigma atomic radius of a tungsten cobalt, the atomic radius difference is 12%. (2) there is a set of cubic lattice elements (coordination number 8), and another component is face centered cubic or dense six square lattice (coordination number is 12). (3) appear in "average number of races" (s+d layer electron number) in the range of 5.7 ~ 7.5. The region of the presence of sigma in the two - element alloy is shown in table 3. In the three element system, the concentration and temperature range of the formation of the sigma phase are affected by the addition of third components. Usually in chromium stainless steel in Fe Cr phase, in Fe - Cr - Mn three yuan, sigma phase iron chromium and chromium can form Mn two element, when the addition of manganese in stainless steel, will promote the formation of sigma phase, and stabilizes the wide temperature range. Many of the Fe Cr alloy elements. The phase temperature range increases. In less than 820C stable Fe Cr phase, silicon promotes the formation of D phase and the stable temperature increased to 900 to 960 DEG C, manganese and molybdenum can improve the temperature stability of sigma phase to 1000 DEG C.
- Q: What are the lining structures of lime rotary kilns and what are the requirements for refractories?
- The physical and chemical properties of refractory materials used in rotary kiln are as follows: physical and chemical properties of refractory materials used in rotary kilnMaterial name: high temperature compressive strength (MPa), softening temperature (DEG C), thermal shock resistance (1100 DEG C, cold water), sub volume density (g/cm3)Magnesia spinel brick is greater than or equal to 50 is greater than or equal to 1700 = 12 = 2.95High alumina brick is greater than or equal to 75 = 1520 = 8 = 2.57High aluminum bricks more than 50 = 1700 = 12 = 1The clay brick is greater than or equal to 30 = 1400 = 12 = 2.30
- Q: What are the categories of bricks?
- In a proper ratio of lime sand brick and quartz sand, sand or fine sand, the ground, Kazumi Wa, semi dry pressing and autoclaved curing and. The fly ash brick is made of fly ash as main raw material and mixed with cement material such as coal gangue, stone powder or clay. It is made up of batching, molding, drying and roasting. It can make full use of industrial waste residue and save fuel.
