1. Cuplock scaffolding system has high flexibility and high loading capacity. And it is mainly used to build bridges, tunnels, metro stations, and etc.

2. Cuplock scffolding is made by Q235 steel which is strong and durable.

3. A complete cuplock scaffolding system includes standards, ledgers, or diagonal braces.

4. The accessories of cuplock scaffolding system are cantilever bracket, side bracket, ladder bracket, ladder, intermediate, and etc.
5. One standard is welded an up cup and a bottom cup in every 500mm to join ledgers at different
heights.
6. One ledger is welded a ledger blade on both ends.

Q:hi, ive had my scaffolding for a little over a month now, and one of the holes has started going really weird. on the top, its swollen and sore on one side, and on the bottom, its the same but on the opposite side. not sure if its infected ir being rejected by ear, which ive heard can happen. i would like to keep it in if possible,as i love it. any help welcomed :) thanks xx
Normally if there is an infection it is very very sore, red, warm to the touch, and secretes yellow or green pus. It sounds like you might also be possibly forming a keloid, but most likely it is just irritated. Continue with your sea salt soaks (hopefully thats what your doing) and go down to your piercer and have them check it out if you get too worried about it.
Q:How to calculate the fastener type steel pipe scaffold
1.1.2 provides for the temporary structure of the scaffolding structure, the structure of the importance coefficient of gamma 0 take 0.9. ?The scaffold structure design of 1.1.3 on reliability requirements, considering that there is no enough statistical data accumulated by the situation, determine the probability limit state design, should be consistent with our historical experience, if using a single coefficient method was designed, the single safety coefficient should be satisfied: the strength calculation of K1 = 1.5 the stability calculation; K2 = 2. To this end, in the calculation of the introduction of the material strength of the additional coefficient of gamma 'm' or resistance to the addition of partial coefficient gamma 'R, gamma' R= gamma 0 gamma 'm=0.9 gamma' m.
Q:What could you do with 100,000 jumbo cotton balls, 50 gallons of honey, and three story scaffolding?
Take them on the road-trip of course....we'll find some use for them along the way.....
Q:I'm trying to understand a problem in my physics book. The problem is this:A person is pulling on a rope, that is connected to a pulley on the ceiling. The rope then goes to a box with a pulley on it, and then up to the ceiling where the rope is connected (to the ceiling). The rope and pulleys are massless and frictionless. The book lists three forces (tension forces) going up and one weight force pulling down.My question is, why isn't there another force pulling against the tension of the rope from the guy pulling the rope?
The force felt by the person pulling is the same as the force in the rope between the two pulleys. It doesn't matter if the person is pulling straight up (without the pulley) or straight down(with the pulley) it's the same. Therefore the weight/force is divided equally between the two ropes.
Q:Specification and type of scaffold erection
technical requirementThe materials used for steel pipe scaffold shall meet the following requirements:1 steel pipe diameter should be 48 ~ 51mm, wall thickness of ~ 3.5mm, length of 2.1 ~ 2.8m and 4 ~ 6.5m is appropriate, there are serious corrosion, bending, cracks, damage shall not be used.
Q:So I had a scaffold/industrial done about 10 weeks ago, and its been infected at the top hole only for about 3/4 weeks. It has like a little bubble near the hole and sometimes its filled with pus a little bit and sometimes its not. Well I went the doctors about 2 weeks ago and he prescribed me a weeks worth of antibiotics as well as anti-septic cream. So I took the pills for a week and it was clearing up, I was also applying the cream twice a day. But then yesterday I noticed the lump has gotten a little bit bigger. I don't know what to do, should I take it out? But I really don't want to. And plus the doc said to wait up to 3 weeks and if nothings changed to go back and take it out. If I continue to use the cream, will it eventually go? Thanks :)
dw i had the lump for 6 months nd after a year it has finally healed but u have to be patient nd the other comment is right use tea tree
Q:If you have two workers say standing on a scaffolding, their are downward forces from the weight of the workers along with the weight of the scaffold, and upward forces from tension suspending the scaffolding in place. The opposite forces add to zero and thus the scaffolding remains at rest.My question has to do with what would occur if more/less workers were on the scaffolding. It appears to me that the scaffolding would always remain at rest. Would there always be a ΣF=0 regardless of the amount of workers? As the decreases in weight from removing a worker would also cause the tension force to be weaker? And vice versa if there were more workers?I
You are correct so long as the scaffolding is not allowed to move. I.e. the cables suspending it are locked and not unwinding from their spools as more workers get on. More weight added would necessarily increase the tension in this type of case. However, if, when another worker got on and the tension could not increase for what ever reason, a downward acceleration would take place that is proportional to the worker's weight. Hope that clears things up.
Q:why scaffold need for inspected within the preceding 7 days and after adverse weather condition?
It is a work safety issue. Past experience has shown that scaffolding sometimes gets modified by unqualified people (or weather) resulting in injury or death.
Q:Which God can tell me what is required, how to get ah?
Whether the site is to use their own hand foot disc accessories, accessories or disc scaffolding rental, before use should be carried out preliminary calculation, see how many accessories, the same buildings of different height should be calculated separately, is used to prevent waste of transportation. To achieve cost savings must be accurate calculation. You can go to the mall extension carefully and look at the product deformation, distortion, rust, if any of the above parts, should immediately terminate the use of such products can not be put into construction and.
Q:I want to get a scaffolding piercing, but i just wanna know some information.. past experiences etc. So far i have two lobe piercings on both ears and the pain wasn't too bad, but i've never had a piercing on the upper ear. How much will it cost? (I live in the UK) Just some information i guess (: thanks
I have two lobe piercings on both ears, two cartilage piercings and an industrial that i got five months ago. I was expecting my industrial to be very painful but it wasn't that bad (i have a high pain tolerance though) its a bearable pain. Like all other piercings the healing process is the worst part and still when i bump it (like when im doing my hair) it hurts like a B****! lol. And don't play with it alot when you first get it, it causes scar tissue bumps. Use H20cean spray or you can do 1/4 tsp of sea salt and 1 cup of water to help heal it. The healing time is long, 4 months to a year. I paid $65 dollars in the us idk how much that is UK. It was definitely worth it though! Go for it :)
