HDPE pipe Performance and Features:
1. Environmental Material.
HDPE is a kind of no-toxic, tasteless and unharmful chemical material, and HDPE PIPE, inherits those typical features nicely.
2. Good Flexibility.
When it is used in dredging pipe, the rubber flexible connectors can be saved because of its good flexibility.
3. Low Hydraulic Resistance.
The smooth inner wall make the water transportation capacity improve more than 30% under the same condition.
4. No Leakage.
The technics of hot-fusion and electric-fusion make sure the the strength of welding point is stronger than the body pipe itself.
5. High abrasion performance.
Its wear resistance is 4 times as the steel pipe.
6. Anti-corrosion and crack growth resistance.
7. Long lifetime durable in use.
50 years at least.
8. Economy
Low delivery, installation and maintenance cost.
HDPE water supply pipe application
1. Water pipe network system for civil engineering.
2. Urban and rural drinking water pipeline.
3. Agricultural irrigation pipe.
4. Other industries related to liquid transportation, especially for corrosive liquid.
- Q: Can plastic tubes be used for air conditioning systems?
- Yes, plastic tubes can be used for air conditioning systems. They are commonly used as a cost-effective and lightweight alternative to traditional metal tubes. Plastic tubes are durable, resistant to corrosion, and provide excellent insulation properties for efficient air conditioning.
- Q: My son had ear tubes inserted about two years ago. I have always used drops in his ears and cleaned them, etc. Sometimes I would look in them with a flashlight to make sure they were ok and not leaking, (When you get an ear infection with tubes, your ears drain some). Today I was doing just that with a flashlight and I actually saw the tubes in both ears..I never noticed this before and I am a VERY observant mother. Could this mean they are getting loose or close to falling out?? Or is it just that I never noticed before. I did try to see them when he first got the tubes, but I never could. Today, out of nowhere I could see these white plastic tubes?? He has been very cranky and irritable, but can't seem to pinpoint where he isn't feeling well. Does losing your tubes (if that is what it is) cause some discomfort?? I imagine it would...anything involving your ears doesn't feel very good. Any medical professionals or experienced parents with any good thoughts???
- i strongly suggest to bring him to his ENT doctor. have it checked.. you can only visualize it through an otoscope and not a flashlight. if you can see it something might be wrong. so have it checked now
- Q: Can plastic tubes be customized with color?
- Yes, plastic tubes can be customized with color.
- Q: Can plastic tubes be used for fuel transportation?
- Yes, plastic tubes can be used for fuel transportation. Plastic tubes offer several advantages such as flexibility, durability, and resistance to corrosion, which make them suitable for transporting various types of fuel. However, it is important to ensure that the plastic material used is compatible with the specific fuel being transported and complies with safety regulations to prevent any potential risks.
- Q: How do plastic tubes perform in acidic environments?
- Plastic tubes generally perform well in acidic environments, as they are resistant to corrosion and degradation. However, the specific performance may depend on the type of plastic and the concentration of the acid.
- Q: Can plastic tubes be bent without breaking?
- Yes, plastic tubes can be bent without breaking depending on the type and flexibility of the plastic used. Flexible plastic tubes, such as PVC or polyethylene, are specifically designed to be bent without breaking. However, some types of rigid plastic tubes may be more prone to breaking when bent.
- Q: Are plastic tubes suitable for outdoor signage?
- No, plastic tubes are not suitable for outdoor signage as they are not weather-resistant and can easily fade, crack, or warp when exposed to outdoor elements.
- Q: i have to know, because otherwise the hoover is rendered completely useless, the bottle cap is the same size as the hoover tube and i do not have a stick or long object long enough with which to poke it out :(please help meunfortunately, the hoover tube is plastic :( regrettably majority of said tube is plastic and flexible...this darned cap! therefore cannot be heated up, as the hoover will melt..and i can't afford another one!so hanything else anyone can suggest would be greatly appreciatedthe cap is stuck quite far up, but in a solid part of the plastic, im not sure blowing would dislodge it as sheer hoover sucking power seems to do nothingHELP PLEASE!
- if the hose or tube is strong enough you could bend the cap inside from the outside (similar to bending a beer cap) and it should fall out.. use a coat hanger wire with a hook in the end is another alternative.
- Q: Are plastic tubes suitable for hydrostatic pressure testing?
- Yes, plastic tubes are suitable for hydrostatic pressure testing.
- Q: Are plastic tubes suitable for use in extreme temperatures?
- Plastic tubes may not be suitable for use in extreme temperatures as they can become brittle and prone to cracking or melting.
