PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

INDUSTRY

HAZEMAG’s HPI series of Primary Impact Crushers are used in the cement, aggregate and recycling industries.

For aggregate production, and in the recycling industry, HPI Impact Crushers are used for pre-crushing without a grinding path.

In the cement industry, the HPI series of single rotor Primary Impact Crushers are used with a grinding path for the production of a raw material with the ideal grain size distribution for further grinding in vertical roller mills.

EQUIPMENT

The HPI Crusher has two impact aprons and can also be equipped with a grinding path. The rotor is capable of handling feed material up to 3m³ and the grinding path restricts the amount of oversize product. The gap settings of the impact aprons and grinding path can be adjusted by means of spindles, or controlled hydraulically, and allow optimum control over the end product granulometry.

This patented rotor is HAZEMAG’s own design and is a cast and welded steel construction, with individually cast rotor discs welded to the rotor body, to accommodate the proprietary blow bars as primary crushing implements. The blow bars are locked in position in the holders by means of wedges, which can be easily removed for blow bar replacement.

RETRACTING MECHANISM

For the protection of the rotor body and blow bars, the impact aprons retract under excessive load. Two versions are available:

Mechanical system

The impact apron is held in position by means of a thrust device with pressure springs. The spindle adjustment is assisted by auxiliary hydraulics.

Hydraulic system

The impact aprons are retained in position by hydraulic cylinders; allowing adjustment and locking at the touch of a button. The instant a pre-set limiting value is overstepped in the crushing chamber, the impact apron retracts in a controlled manner. As soon as the load value returns to normal, the impact apron resumes its pre-set position, and operation continues without interruption.

GRINDING PATH

Available as an option, the HPI series can be fitted with a grinding path to limit oversize product. The grinding path is adjusted hydraulically to achieve optimum product grain size.

RETRACTING GRINDING PATH
In the cement industry the grinding path is the critical component for reducing oversize in the process of primary crushing. The grinding path of the HAZEMAG HPI-H series has been significantly improved, with a technically-advanced system of hydraulics and mechanics allowing retraction in the event of an overload. This patented solution increases operational safety and production capacity, and the potential for damage and excessive downtime resulting from foreign objects is greatly reduced.

The exclusive and unique computer-controlled hydraulic adjustment system for the impact aprons (and grinding path) allows for quick gap adjustments, optimum control over product size, smoother crusher operation, tramp iron protection, reduced downtime and reduced operating costs. In our technically advanced HAZtronic system, impactor performance can be optimised with pre-programmed apron settings to further enhance product quality and consistency.

Q: are they as good as beats by dre?: I hear that they break easily. And that they don't sound as good as their price. I own a pair of Ink'd, and I like em. But you seem to want a pair of studio headphones. I had a pair of $20 Sony, and they made my bass and guitar sound good. Now I have a pair of Behringer DJ headphones, and they have a buzz in the lower frequencies, so I am not too pleased with them. If you're not a pro, then I wouldn't recommend anything too expensive. Unless you have the (what are they like $200 or $300 for the Dre's) cash to buy the more expensive brand. I think that the DJ style Skullcandy's are a little overpriced, and overhyped. Just look around and read reviews, some stores even let you try out some. So don't get a pair of headphones that are popular on the YouTube. There are plenty of plenty of them that are better that don't cost as much.

Q: I am starting a split workout which is very new to me and I am not sure if I am over training. My workout is a split of one day of Chest, tris, shoulders and traps, the next day I do biceps, lats, forearms, abs, and back, and the third day I rest or do cardio. After my rest day I start over with my first workout again. On my first day I usually do flat bench press, flyes, dumbbell bench press, skull crushers, dumbbell tricep extensions, shrugs, dumbbell raises, incline push ups and dips. On the second day I usually do two types of curls, one armed rows, wrist curls, reverse curls, chin ups, pull ups, a lower back exercise, and different types of sit ups for around 10-15 mins. I am making large gains but I am just wondering if I could make larger gains by working out less. I am also taking glutamine, creatine and lots of protein in my diet which should reduce my recovery time. If anyone has any comments on if what I am doing is over training or any ideas to improve my workout please comment.: good news is i don't think your over training, well at least not now. on this program i'd expect the average person to be able to put in a good 6-8 weeks befor you'd need a rest of a week or two. However, if you don't mind, i would sugest one or two 'tweeks' to your program. Workout 1: you've got one or two exesizes doubled up here, for example the flat bench and dumbell bench are essentialy the same exesize. best to do only one of them in a workout, and then do the other the next time you do workout 1. The same applies to scull crushers and tricep extensions, except scull crushers are far and away better, just drop the extensions (IMO). You have very little shoulder work in this workout. you need to add a millitary press type lift, and trap work is better suited to you other workout. and you should order them with the biggest lifts first e.g. flat bench, millitary press, dips, scull crushers, push ups, raises, flys. Workout 2 you need to add a dead lift to this workout, its just too good a mass building exesize that your missing out on if you don't do it. put that first, then chins, rows, traps and curls and then wrist curls last. but the main issue with this workout is you have no leg work, you need a third day where you do heavey 20 rep squats, stiff leg dead lifts and calf raises. its a brutle workout and you'll want to miss it, BUT you must not. this work out will make your body release loads of testosterone (which is what steroids copy) so its like taking natural steroids. you're short changing yourself if you don't do this.
