Compared with traditional materials such as steel, aluminum and wood, it almost no maintenance cost. It often used in the chemical processing plants, sea transportation construction, food beverage processing, petroleum refining, paper manufacturing industry, sewage treatment and transportation and other area.Product

Advantages:

(1)High strength: pultruded profiles tensile strength 150～300MPa, bending strength 200～300MPa, after 1000h artificial accelerated aging, the bending strength retention rate could reached 78%.

(2)Low deformation rate: after 1000h artificial accelerated aging, length change rate is +0.03%, width change rate is -0.07%.Therefore making products with the pultruded profiles geometric shapes and sizes can keep the long-term stability.

(3)High distortion temperature: pultruded profiles distortion temperature is 186℃，no softening under high temperature, no crisp under -60℃, ensure the normal use on various kinds of ambient temperature.

(4)Low water absorption: the normal FRP product water absorption less than 0.5%, pultruded profiles water absorption only 0.257%, suitable for use in damp environment.

(5)Low coefficient of heat preservation and heat insulation: pultruded profiles heat transfer coefficient is closed to hardness PVC, the product single frame and double glass heat preservation window, heat preservation coefficient is only 2.69W/（m•K）, while the same product making by steel or aluminum material, the coefficient is 4.0W/（m•K）, shows that FRP doors and windows energy saving is obvious.

(6)Strong corrosion resistance: pultruded profiles soaking by 3% HCL solution for 24h, the hardness retention rate is 95%, soaking by 3% NaCl solution for 24h, the hardness retention rate is 89%. So pultruded profiles doors and windows not only applicable to general homes, hotel, restaurant, and more suitable for coastal areas and corrosively working plant.
