4.FAQ
1)what is aluminum?
Aluminium (or aluminum; see spelling differences) is a chemical element in the boron group with symbol Al and atomic number 13. It is a silvery white, soft, nonmagnetic, ductile metal. Aluminium is the third most abundant element (after oxygen and silicon), and the most abundant metal in the Earth's crust. It makes up about 8% by weight of the Earth's solid surface.
Aluminium metal is so chemically reactive that native specimens are rare and limited to extreme reducing environments. Instead, it is found combined in over 270 different minerals. The chief ore of aluminium is bauxite.
2)What's kind of payment term we can supply?

- Q: is wax paper safe to smoke quot;tobacoquot; in?
- i have heard of people smoking tobacco i wax paper, but nothing is really safe to smoke with, cause smoking isnt safe!! but if you dont have any papers, grab an aluminum can and bend it a little on one side and poke small holes in it, make sure you put a bigger hole in the bottom so you can hold your finer over it while you light and then let go to bring in more tobaccogood luck!!
- Q: I have 3 little plants in my fish tank. They didn't have that metal thing at the pet store that weighs them down and holds them together so my goldfish keep nibbling on them and pulling them up out of the gravel. Can I put pliable aluminum around my plants?
- As long as that aluminum wasn't exposed to any toxins (pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, etc.), it should be fine. The aluminum itself certainly won't harm the fish, just beware of residue that may be on it. EDIT: Really? Aluminum doesn't rust! Iron rusts! *sigh* Rust is iron oxide. While aluminum will corrode, producing aluminum oxide, it is also nontoxic. Metals do NOT affect water chemistry in any real way-- pure metals are entirely insoluble!!! If you were using metal salts other than aluminum oxide (you aren't) like aluminum nitrate, or copper chloride, there would be real reason for concern, but the rate at which aluminum oxide dissolves into the water is so negligible that there will be ZERO affect!
- Q: What are some uses for Aluminum Foil?
- I think I found 100 grams of superwash alpaca for around $20 or so.
- Q: I have a farely new gas grill and i would like to use hickory chips on the grill but i down want to dump wet hickory chips in around the burners and then have to figuer out a way to clen them out! can any one help me out?
- Pork loin is best served when roasted WITHOUT being wrapped in foilYou can go ahead and proceed exactly as you did the first time, but leave the foil off and place it in an oven safe panALL meat gets tough when moisture does the cookingYou essentially steamed that poor roast instead of dry roasting itWhat a shameYou'll need a good meat thermometer and it needs to be inserted without penetrating the stuffing and let it reach a safe temperatureLet the roast rest on a warm platter for about 30 minutesWhile doing that, make your gravy from the beautiful, rich drippings left in the roasting pan - having drained the fat off, of courseAnd for crying out loud, ladle that gravy over some mashed potatoes! Now, if you still think that going the foil route is the way to go, then you will need to cook it for a few more hours to break down the fibers that you toughened up.
- Q: My newly adopted jack russell mix is 10 months old, and I've only had him 3 weeksHe is scared of any and all new things and situations, and it's apparent he wasn't socializedBut he usually warms up to things after about 5 minutes of checking it outI'm having problems when I take him out to poopWhen I go to retrieve a baggie or toss a used bag in the quot;pet stationquot; ( a metal pole with a bag dispenser and a trash can) of my apartment complex, he balks and won't walk with in 20 ft of itThis happens every time, and I don't know what to doIf I try to tug on his harness to get him to move, he just tries to back out of itInvariably I end up scooping him up and walking up to it to get the job doneAny suggestions what is causing this and what I could do differently?
- This is a job better handled by an electrian if you have no experienceThis can involve a lot of work and mess if not carefulIf you have an existing light switch that you want to control the new cans then the install would be easier but not simpleYou can buy old work cans that are installed without getting into the atticThey can be purchased at any home improvement store.
- Q: Anyone had much success with those metal boxes that you put wood chips into? Do they really flavor the food or are they just kinda OK not really?I'm thinking I'm not getting much flavor out of my gas grill and I'm thinking of buying an old-fashioned charcoal BBQ.If I go for the charcoal BBQ, anybody bought natural briquets? Are they available on line only or do major stores have them? I've heard so much about toxinogens then and toxo that when you burn the regular ol' instant hot briquets.
- Hey hunni, It's not how much grams of fiber it's how many KilojoulesOn the back of food packets ect on nutririon info it will say KJ and a number such as 35 KJKilojoules is how we measure energy and we need energy to do everyday thingsAn average female should be eating 8900 to 9100 KJ a daySo foods high in fiber are Porrige, kiwi fruit, bananas, apples, pasta, natural unflavoured yoghurt, lental soup, tomato soup and figs and so onIf you eat these foods or others which are high in fiber you do tend to loose weight but keep a healthy figureSo if you eat these foods and make sure that every day you get 8900-9100 KJ of food energy high in fiber you could loose up to 2 stone in a matter of 2-3 weeks! Or a month it dependsHope this wasn't too confusing and you get on well with your fiber diet! xx
- Q: I tried making chicken in the oven, dipped in egg then in regular white flour, when it was done it looked like regular oven chicken sprinkled with white flour, it didn't have any kind of golden/brown color at all! Any advice will be greatly appreciated, thanks!
- Aluminum is a very poor insulatorThe best insulator is air IF it's not allowed to moveMost commercial insulators work by suspending tiny pockets of air in other materials, which is why thermal insulators are usually either foam or fibersThe pockets of air in the bubble wrap are probably big enough to allow the air to move, so fleece is probably the best insulatorPutting some bubble wrap under it wouldn't hurt, but the foil is doing you no good.
- Q: What is aluminum made up of?
- Aluminum is an element therefore it does not contain any other metals/ substancesI guess its made up of protons neutrons and electrons if you wanted to go that far.
- Q: What's the difference between tin foil and aluminum foil?
- Tin foil paper and aluminum foil paper in the supermarket have no difference (You can read the material description). What used for barbecue is aluminum foil which is often called Tin foil paper in the past (People at that time have never seen foreign items and as the aluminum foil is similar to tin foil, so they believe it is tin foil. )
- Q: I need to make 2 half-spheres, with some minor modifications, so what material would be ideal to mold into a half-sphere, and then harden, so it would become hard?
- I don't know how it works but I know it doesThey even have laxatives that are a powder that you mix with waterThat's like MAXIMUM fiberRead the ingredients or call the 800 number and ask them.
