Made from 100% recyclable materials, CMAX epoxy cast iron pipe systems are not only environmental friendly, but also satisfy many properties necessary to withstand the aggressive conditions both internal and external of the pipes and fittings: these properties include its excellent resistance to abrasion, corrosion, impact and fire. CMAX also has low noise transmission compared to common UPVC drainage pipe systems. CMAX is designed as long lasting building materials.
Standard:
CMAX epoxy cast iron pipe systems with nominal size between 40-300mm comply with BS EN 877.BS EN 877 guarantees the quality of the materials, dimensions and tolerances, mechanical properties(like water pressure, tensile strength and brinell hardness) appearance, and the standard coating for the epoxy cast iron pipes, fittings and couplings.
Strength:
Iron is well known for its strength and abrasion resistance. The shape and impact strength of CMAX products are unchanged under exposure of sunlight and weathering, while UPVC and PVC pipes would soften, deform and become brittle under intense temperature change.
Quiet:
CMAX’s sturdy and dense properties reduce pipe vibration a silent drainage system.Studies had proven iron is the quietest material out of all other common drainage system.
Non-Toxic and Non-Combustile:
No toxic gas will be emitted from CMAX in the event of fire. Iron is also non-combustile,so epoxy cast iron pipes and fittings are recoverable after fire.

All CMAX epoxy cast iron pipes and fittings are internally and externally finished with corrosive resistant epoxy coating to prevent fouling and corrosion. The epoxy on CMAX epoxy cast iron pipes and fittings provides an excellent exterior under humid and tropical conditions.
- Q: I'm planning to become a real estate agent after high school, and I'm considering moving to San Diego. I know home prices are very expensive there, and that's bad for buyers, but what does it mean for agents? Does it slow the market down? Any insight you have from this perspective would be great! Thanks!

- Q: I have been considering the military for some time now, and I have focused on going into the Navy. Now my dad seeing as though going into the military is a waste of time and I won't be making that much when I start out. The last part is true since I looked at the pay grades, they're like from $1426 to $2637.Now my dad has been trying to get me out of going into the military and says Real Estate makes more that what military offers by a substantial rate. I don't believe that, but I would like to get an answer from both sides to see which is right. I want to go into the military, but I also like making more money (hell everyone does). So please help me and thanks for taking the time to actually read this!
- As an enlistee, you wouldn't be making much money to start off. If you do Real Estate, you'd likely need to go to college and get a business degree, so its an entirely different route than enlisting. Of course, you could always try to get an ROTC scholarship and into the military as an officer. Base pay is only a party of what you get per month. You also get allowances BAH and BAS for housing/food, a uniform allowance (for enlisted members only) plus pay for different jobs or deployments or hardships. You also get a nice tax advantage. I've looked at the Fed's economic report and they're not expecting the housing market to recover until 2020, so I wouldn't expect a very lucrative career in realty if that's the route your dad was talking about within the Real Estate market. Do what is going to make you happy. You can even enlist for a couple years then use the GI Bill to help pay for your college and get that degree for Real Estate. It comes into effect for all service members who have served at least 2 years active duty.
- Q: I live in Knoxville, TN, and I am currently working on by bachelors of accounting with a minor in finance at the University of Tennessee. It has always been my dream to work in real estate, but I don't want to rely solely on a real estate license in today's economy. So, what kind of jobs are out there for those with a real estate license and a business degree as well? And what duties would these jobs consist of? Please be specific! Thanks :)
- If you have a degree - or any other qualification - then you'll already be ahead of the masses when it comes to hunting for jobs. My buddy has a degree and he wasn't sure what direction to go with it, but he unearthed some good tips on the website in the resource box below which helped him to settle that he wanted to be a lab assistant. There is loads of guidance on the website regarding other jobs.
- Q: I am not a real estate agent but I just wanted to know some things about what are the main skills you have to have to be one.
- The primary traits of a good real estate agent is be an effective listener as well as a communicator and understand the desires and needs of potential clients. You should also be able to get along well with those you would need to accomplish your goal, such as title officers, escrow closing agents, insurance agents and those in the mortgage lending industry. You would also need to be able to write an effective marketing plan. This plan should keep the clients coming in the doors on a regular basis. Many other things go into making a real estate agent successful, in my opinion these are the most important. I hope this has been of some benefit to you, good luck. FIGHT ON
- Q: Im in highschool right now, but I would like to be a real estate agent when I get older. What college courses should I take to make real estate companies want to hire me? Thanks
- First, real estate companies don't hire real estate agents. You become licensed in your state as a real estate agent. Then you affiliate with a broker. You're an independent contractor. Yes, the broker does have to say yes, but you do, too. A real estate agent is not an employee. As for college courses, maybe a few business ones. Still, I've seen successful agents with all sorts of educational backgrounds--from accounting to law to business to liberal arts. I've seen lots of teachers, ex-military, and others do fine, too. Further, returning to the question of making yourself desirable to a broker, I really don't think that your educational background is an issue. Here's what I'd suggest: Call up a few of the larger real estate firms in your area. Make an appointment to speak to the managing broker. (The boss.) Go in and talk with him or her. Ask your questions. You'll get a much clearer picture and understanding that way. Hope that helps.
- Q: Im in Turlock, Ca. Im wanting to start a career as a real estate sales person, i need help and pretty much everything. How do i get my real estate license and where do i start; how do i get out and about are there any schools that provide trainings or something. Sorry if im not clear enough but that the best way i could find a way to ask this question so HELP ME OUT PLIZZZ, oh i forgot to say that im 19 years old i don't know if my age does anything on this but just thought to tell you all.
- You have to get licensed just like everyone else. PMZ hires a lot of unqualified agents out that way. I think they charge a desk fee. They have hundreds of agents, mostly part timers. I hate them because they are clueless, but with the market overly saturated with agents in the valley they may be all that hires you (you pay them to work). Your age is a major disadvantage, very few people will want you to represent them, they normally want agents that are older and more experianced not with just business, but every day life. You don't even own a home yourself, so you will not seen as someone knowledgable.
- Q: What are some of the best companies in Colorado for a new real estate licensee to join in order to receive the best training?? Here in Georgia it seems to be GMAC/Metro Brokers (which is not the same as the Metro Brokers in Colorado). Someone please tell me the best, not just the quickest or cheapest, companies to consider. Also, I would prefer a company that offers lots of support and does commercial real estate along with residential. Thank you!
- In Real Estate, BRANDING is everything! Having name recognition, logo recognition, etc. will help prosper a business. I'm quite fond of my parent company, but it may not be for everyone. I am always pleased to say that I work for a worldwide company! If you can partner with someone in the biz, that will help launch your career and move you forward! The best teacher is doing it... you will become proficient in writing contracts, etc. as time passes, and with having someone keeping you on track -- all the better. Good luck in your decision!
- Q: My girlfriend is set on being a real estate agent after high school. She has always said that she doesn't want to go to college because she doesn't want to go into debt when she doesn't need to. She thinks that you don't need a degree to be competitive as a real estate agent. Is this in correct? And if she would be better off with a degree, what should she major in? I thought Real Estate would be the obvious one, but it doesn't seem like it's a degree widely offered in schools that aren't giving it online. Would something like a degree in advertising be better?
- Mose real estate agents get commission. Getting paid on commission usually does not require any qualifications at all (in this case you need a real estate license) because no one is taking any kind of risk employing you. Education is really only necessary to convince employers you will do well at a job where they pay you not on your direct sales, but on perhaps indirect stuff like calculating actuarial amortization tables such as an actuary does. Such jobs can have a huge Impact on a companies bottom line, which is why you need to be well qualified. But for direct sales - well you can get by with virtually no education - if you are good enough at it. However the number that are is not that great and most people I know don't like that type of work. Thanks Bill
- Q: How can a PA Real Estate agent get a NJ Real Estate Licence ?Does it allow one to practice in both the states ?Thanks.
- Yes but check with NJ to find out if they allow reciprocating licensing. Basically, you are exempt from the testing but still must comply with the education and insurance requirements. Texas is the only state that I know of that doesn't allow reciprocating so if you want a license in Texas you have to go through all of the training and vice versa. The other caveat. You can't as far as I know have a different broker so if your broker doesn't practice in New Jersey then I think you are out of luck as well. Not for certain but you need to check with the NJ real estate commission. My company offers the opportunity to build teams nationwide for the average agent. In other words if you are interesting in profiting from other agent's production from any where and not just your own production then email me for the information.
- Q: What is Real Estate Professional property?
- Are you talking about real estate professional as in when figuring your taxes? If so, that has nothing to do with being licensed. Mainly it's someone who works at least 50% of their working hours in real estate and a minimum of 750 hours total (per year) in a real estate field. It could be a licensed sales person or a full time investor or a property manager, etc. Licensing helps prove the point with the IRS but certainly isn't necessary. The designation is there as part of the process of allowing or disallowing real estate losses to be taken off your other income. Hope this helps.
