High automaticity, lowpower consumption, easy operating, high yield.

（1）.Host adopt advanced trans-mission technology, can save electricity up to 30%.

（2）.Automatic heating system had taken thick-circuit,saving electricity about 40%.

（3）.Extruder  SJ160/150×2/165×2    Reducer SJWA375/330×2/375×2    Main motor power is :160/132×2/160×2   DC converter

（4）.Extruder barrel can be used 38CYMOALA materials with nitriding treatment.  Screw heating power: 62 KW/120KW/150KW

（5）.Die can be with inner heating system and hydraulic automatic reversing device. Heating power is 72KW/108KW/144KW.

（6）.Three-Roller Device is vertical style, surface of roller was with hard chrome treatment.Power is 11KW/15kw.

（7）.Two-traction device    A. VVVF Traction Power is 3KW  B. Torque Traction  Power is 25N.M/40N.M.

（8）.Automatic Cutting Device  Power is 1.5KW   Drive apparatus is with electromagnetic adjustable speed,power is 0.75KW/1.1kw/1.5kw.

（9）.Winding Unit is adopted friction winder with auto counters and length alarm device.Power is 3KW.( VVVF)~5KW

4. ECB Geo-membranes Production Line Description

This product is extruded ECB membrane formed by adding anti- oxidant, absorbent of ultraviolet and dyestuff into ECB and will provide an effective barrier to of liquid water and water vapor.

Characteristics

·HDPE performs well in mechanical properties ,ageing-resistance , chemical-resistance ,climate- resistance and resistance to puncture .

·LDPE & EVA feathers great elongation, good flexibility at low temperature, softness and easy installation.

· ECB ,high-class waterproofing rolls, is formed by combining ethylene polymer with oil-resin.
