Q: I really want to get an industrial piercing but I'm going to a music festival in about a month... If I get it done this weekend, will a month be time enough for it to heal, because I plan on being drunk for that whole festival so I doubt I'll find time to clean it haha..Should I get it done, or wait until after the festival?..Thanks :) x: If you want it now, get it done! One weekend of not cleaning it is no big dee, especially after it's a month old. Just make sure to clean it right before and after the festival. It'll be fine :) have fun!

Q: The other day i woke up to clean it and there was dry blood in the bottom piercing (by ear lobe) on both sides. I think it's because I got it two days before I got a bath with it and then I was sleeping weird. So anyway, my sister says I should just leave the dry blood because it helps it stay in place and it will irritate it if you pick it off but should I? It hurts even after I soak It to try take the dried blood off.: Let the dry blood come off on its own. Using a sterile saline wound wash spray twice a day to keep it clean will help soften it up and it will come off within time. You can take baths but you really need to make sure your head never gets submerged under the water while your piercing is healing. Washing your hair under the faucet is fine but rinsing it in the water you're sitting in is not.

Q: i need a peircing in my right ear can i do scaffolding my self? whats the risks?: I'm sure you probably could, but I wouldn't recommend it. These piercings tend to be a bit more costly, mine was like 55 dollars I think, but it's definately worth it. The thing with this piercing is that if you mess up the angles or if the alignment is even a little off, you're piercing won't heal and you'll just have to take it out anyway. It's an amazing piercing to have and good luck if you decide to do it yourself. :)

Q: So a week ago today I got my industrial pierced. The pain was what I expected and afterwards it was very sore (as expected) however a week later it is a still rather sore and swollen and (I hate to be disgusting) quite crusty with dried blood/yellow stuff. I clean it everyday with salt water solution but I was just wondering if this was normal or should I take the piercing out?: I#x27;m pretty sure it#x27;s normal make sure you use the proper cleanser for your ear. And make sure to clean it out as often as the piercer said to.

Q: i live in Washington, and i want one badly ha. i went the other day and asked for the industrial and they said 2 years ago it was made illegal to get done unless your 18 and older, but does the scaffold hold the same law? i need help ASAP!!: an industrial and a scaffold are the same thing, why would they allow it to one name of it but not the other, and most piercings you have to be 18+ to get, and some you can get at 16, very few you can get any younger than that
