Hydraulic system:
1.This product adopts double pump, double loop open-type hydraulic system, the main pumping oil and S valve swing oil is independent each other,to make the system is simple, long service life,higher reliability and be easy for failure diagnosis.
2.Pumping oil reversing by using the directional control valve reducing pressure device, avoid impulsion, makes pumping oil reversing steady and reliable.
3.Pump hydraulic system with a safety overflow protection, at the same time, the main pump with the system overpressure, the pump pressure automatically cut off the closure device, so that the main pump to get the multi-level and reliable protection.
4.Swing oil adopts constant pressure pump to supply oil, large swaying force and high energy-saving.
5.All pipes adopt cone seal or import rectangle seal, reliable sealing pipe joints.
Electronic control system:
The salient features of the electronic control system is advanced technology, simple, and high reliability.
The pump is the exclusive use of the programmable logic controller.Using software replace intermediate relay
and time relay etc.separate control elements. ,greatly reducing the use of the number and amount of wiring for
electrical components, and significantly improve the reliability of the electrical control system.At the same time
the programmable logic controller with input and output fault indication make troubleshooting simple and clear.
More than 90% the electrical components adopt Siemens imported parts, to ensure the reliability of the
components.
Motor start-up using the Y —Δ type of conversion , to avoid negative consequences caused by direct start-up.
Machinery (mixing) distributing valve system:
1.The mixer with a unique structure make the hydraulic motor and stirring bearing completely isolated, even if the mixing seal wear and leakage pulp that does not affect the hydraulic motor. At the same time, dual-motor, to ensure that the mixing torque is large enough, it also can stir normally in poor material conditions.

Lubrication system:
The lubrication system uses a centralized automatic lubrication system of the double pump,lubrication pump
suction and pressure oil exit are equipped with filters,avoid oil separator oil is dirty and clogged. Progressive
oil separator with overflow indication can make the blockages automatically display, and concrete pipe doesn't
flow back,to ensure lubrication system operate reliably, extending the service life of S valve.
Cooling system:
Adopt mandatory air-cooled radiator device,to ensure that the hydraulic system oil temperature control in the normal scope of work and to protect the hydraulic system of the host is working in proper condition.
