Solar cell module production process

Line called packaging line components, packaging is the production of solar cells a key step in the packaging process without a good, multi-well battery is also not a good component of production boards. Battery package not only the battery life is guaranteed, but also to enhance the combat strength of the battery. Product quality and high service life is to win can be the key to customer satisfaction, so the quality of components of the package board is very important.

Q: The Physics club in our school is trying to convince the Board of Ed to install solar panels in our school, and i was just wondering if anyone with some experience or real expertise in solar energy. I need some points about their usefulness some real pros and cons on maintenance, etc. Anything will help. Personally i would be perfectly for the idea, but i heard that the overall cost of installing them is much higher than the cost of the energy saved and government subsidies, but ive only heard about this.
Cuts Costs over time
Q: I heard the wind turbines, solar panels so far provide America with around 2% of our energy. So since liberals appear to want to replace natural energy with man made products, that cause massive pollution by the way to make- How long will that take 30 years, 00 years? How many Wind Turbines will Airplanes and birds and parachute jumpers smash into, isn't that a problem? How do we rid of natural energy before we have the LIBERAL BACK UP PLAN - WE DON'T REALLY HAVE ? How do they think this is gonna work? Its not logical, we need to come up with more ideas! That Battery idea kinda sucks since Batteries Need natural energy to work.
Green technology at this stage is not viable for the long run...we don't have the technology as of yet to replace all other modes of energy...Windmill Farms are EXTREMELY ugly and kills thousands of birds and only work when the wind is actually blowing...solar is not ready for prime time, too expensive for the average joe...we should be pursuing other engines that would use less gasoline and some exist but nobody is promoting those because they are convinced electric cars are the way to go but those are a farce because we don't generate enough electricity now for homes to use, can you imagine how little we would have if all cars starting using that same energy? IT is a farce that during an economic crisis the current powers that be are wasting money on green technology garbage that won't work. We should be figuring out how to drill our own oil and get off foreign sources and build more plants to produce more electricity, not figure out how to use the little electricity we currently produce in all our vehicles...Liberals...what a concept.
Q: I am looking to get some solar panels for my home to just power a few lights, a fan or two. I have a generator but I want that only to power the fridge and maybe some other small stuff for convenience. But mainly want the solar panels for the lights and fans. Any one have an idea of how about I go to figuring this all out? Should I call a contractor or anything?
If your only deed is for power during outages, solar is not the way to go. You can add up all the wattages of the fridge and the lights you want to use, and see if the total is less than the capacity of the generator. If it is more, buying a larger generator is the answer. You can find the wattage of the fridge on the inside, or back. If not, Google the model number and manufacturer. You may already use CFL light bulbs, but if not, they can help reduce the load.
Q: I'm doing a project for school and I'm a little confused about energy and solar panels. I'm looking to propose installation of solar panels to power the computer lab at my school. From what I've read a computer and monitor use roughly 350 watts per hour. I was looking at solar panels and it says they produce various wattage. For example, I was looking at one rated at 200 watts. Does that mean 200 watts in a day? Or per hour? Please help.
The rating of a solar panel is a maximum continuous rating. A 200 Watt panel will give a maximum of 200 watts under ideal conditions. A computer and monitor use about 400 Watts. not per hour - watts is Volts * Amps and a measure of Power. In hour a computer and monitor uses 400 Watt hours (Wh). Wh is a measure of Energy. To power a lab of 0 computers you will need 0* 400 = 4000 Watts. To run this from solar panels through the day only you would need a 4000 Watt panel. Except - its cloudy, the sun is in the wrong place - many factors reduce the output. To be reasonably safe you would need about a 2000 Watt panel. Then you would need batteries to store power through dull periods AND a voltage converter to change from low voltage DC from the solar panels to the mains voltage for your computers.
Q: Can solar panels be installed on concert venues or music festivals?
Yes, solar panels can be installed on concert venues or music festivals. In fact, many venues and festivals are increasingly adopting solar power as a sustainable and renewable energy source. Solar panels can be installed on roofs, canopies, or even on the ground surrounding the venue, providing clean energy to power the event and reduce its carbon footprint.
Q: Can solar panels be installed on a winery or vineyard?
Yes, solar panels can be installed on a winery or vineyard. In fact, many wineries and vineyards around the world have embraced solar energy as a sustainable and cost-effective solution to power their operations. The vast open spaces available on these properties make them ideal for solar panel installations, which can generate clean and renewable electricity to meet the energy demands of the winery or vineyard. Additionally, solar panels can help wineries and vineyards reduce their carbon footprint and lower their energy costs in the long run.
Q: Main questions: How can I work out the efficiency of a solar panel and how can I work out if the panel is relatively cost-effective? Also what type of solar panels is considered most effiecient?Let's assume that all relative values are available.Secondary question: What type of safety regulations and licenses are required to be fulfiled in order to import solar panels into the EU from non-EU countries?

Q: Can solar panels be installed on a pole or ground mount?
Yes, solar panels can be installed on both poles and ground mounts. Pole mounts are often used when there is limited space on the ground or when panels need to be elevated for better sunlight exposure. Ground mounts, on the other hand, are ideal for larger installations or when the ground is more suitable for anchoring. Both options offer flexibility in terms of placement and can effectively harness solar energy.
Q: Can solar panels be used to power a satellite?
Yes, solar panels can be used to power a satellite. Solar panels convert sunlight into electricity, which can then be used to power various systems and instruments on board a satellite. The panels are typically positioned in such a way that they can receive maximum sunlight and generate sufficient power to meet the satellite's energy requirements.
Q: i really need to know howbecause im building a solar powered car for science fair :]thank you!
Hehe, if you want to build your own solar panel that looks like what you see on buildings, etc, you will probably need to be a multi-millionaire. Here is a quote from the first link in my sources list: The high-efficiency solar cells you can buy at Radio Shack and other stores are made from highly processed silicon, and require huge factories, high temperatures, vacuum equipment, and lots of money. But fortunately for you, there is a cheap way to make a solar panel yourself (see first link). I love the scitoys website, but I am not quite familiar with this particular experiment. It looks like a science fair project in itself! It also doesn't appear to put out nearly enough power to run even a small solar car. What I would recommend is buying a compact solar panel from Radio Shack or some other electronics store that you may know of. Type in solar in to the Radio Shack search box. The first item on the list may be useful to you (the solar panel battery combo). I am just guessing, though, since I don't know any of your requirements (voltage output, power output, size, etc). Also, buyer beware. This particular product has a pretty bad customer review... but then again, I find that people are more inclined to leave a bad review than a good one. Good luck... -Ubi
