Structure

The 2SN hydraulic hose consists of an inner tube of liquid resistant synthetic rubber, middle rubber layer, two braided wire reinforcement, and superior weather resistant synthetic rubber cover.

1. Inner Tube: Nitrile

2. Reinforcement: two braid of high tensile steel wire

3. Cover: Black neoprene blend that meets MT98 and GB/T 15907 Flame resistance

4. Application Standards: EN853 2SN, GB3683.1 2SN, SAE J517 R1S, ISO 1436 2SN.

   2SN rubber hose is high pressure hose that can be used in construction, machine tool and agriculture application..

    

   It is also mainly used in mine hydraulic support, oil exploration, suitable to crane transport, forging metallurgy, mining equipment, ships, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery and various machines tools. 

    

   Working Temperature

   Oil: -40°C to +100°C, Air: -30°C to 50°C, Water Emulsion under +80°C

1) what is your MOQ?  

        A: Usually our MOQ is 500pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.

      2) Can I get samples ?  

        A: Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.

      3) How long is the sample LEAD TIME? 

        A: For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 3-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.

      4) How long is the production lead time?  

        A: It takes 7 days for MOQ.

      5). How much is the freight charge?

        A: To save cost for you and in order that you can get goods earlier, we suggest to deliver by express for small quantity. For large quantity, we suggest to deliver by sea.

      6) What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

        A: We have our own professional designers. So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for you.
