2.Application:water supply
3.Diameter:20-1000mm

Advantages:

1.Nontoxic:

PE pipe material nontoxic, tasteless,it belongs to green building materials, never scaling,

which can effectively improve the water quality.

2.Corrosion resistance:

High resistance to attack from various types of chemicals. No electrochemical corrosion.
3.No Leakage:

PE pipe is connected in the ways of butt fusion, socket fusion and electrofusion and the

strength of joint point is higher than tube itself .

4.higher flow capacity:

The Smooth inner wall is easy for pipeline transportation .Under the same condition

delivery capacity can be increased by 30%.

5.Convenient for construction and installation:

PE pipe could be installed in a variety of trenchless ways, so it is very convenient for

construction and installation.

6.Lower system and maintenance costs:

PE pipe is not only convenient to transport and install, but also  reduce the worker’s

labor intensity and improve work efficiency.
7.Longevity:

 50 years under pressure use.

8. Recycled and Environment-friendly

Q: Can plastic tubes be used for storing pet products or treats?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for storing pet products or treats. They provide a convenient and hygienic way to store and dispense pet items, ensuring they remain fresh and protected from contaminants.
Q: i squished and kneaded the soft plastic tube but the toothpaste still came out in 3 seperate colors. i cut the tube and didnt see dividers. how does this work?
Idk It's just the way its filled up in the tube. It's layered, and it's a vacuum in there, so no matter how much you sqeeze it it won't mix.
Q: Are plastic tubes prone to cracking or breaking?
Yes, plastic tubes are prone to cracking or breaking, especially when exposed to extreme temperatures, pressure, or physical impact.
Q: How empty do you get the toothpaste tube before you will throw it out?
we always use like almost the whole tube we roll it up when it gets low to get more toothpaste out.
Q: Are plastic tubes resistant to UV degradation?
Plastic tubes can vary in their resistance to UV degradation depending on the type of plastic used. Some plastics, like PVC and HDPE, have inherent UV resistance and can withstand prolonged exposure to sunlight without significant degradation. However, other plastics, such as polycarbonate or acrylic, may be more susceptible to UV damage and can degrade over time when exposed to UV radiation. Therefore, it is important to consider the specific type of plastic used in the tubes when determining their UV resistance.
Q: I cant find them online and i need some.
They have two names from what i know of 1. Twice as nice 2. Gator pops hope this helps
Q: a molten plastic flows out of a tube 8 cm long at a rate of 13 cm^3/min where the pressure differential between the two ends of the tube is 18 cm of mercury. find the viscosity of the plastic. the i.d of the tube is 1.30 mm. the density of mercury is 13.6 g/ cm^3the answer is 0.097 kg/m.s or 97 cp! help!
Hello Cedric Mapula, let us use the expression V/t = pi P a^4 / 8 l eta Here V/t = volume flown in one sec = 13 cm^3 / 60 s = 13/60 cm^3 /s pi = 3.14 P = 18*13.6*980 a = 1.3/ 20 cm = 0.065 cm l = 8 cm eta = ? Plug these and find the required eta i.e. coefficient of viscosity of liquid Ans : 0.969 g/cm*s = 0.969*10^-3/10^-2 kg/m*s = 0.0969 kg/m*s
Q: Can plastic tubes be used for dental applications?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for dental applications. They are commonly used for delivering dental materials, such as impression materials, bonding agents, and sealants. Plastic tubes offer advantages such as flexibility, easy dispensing, and precise control of material flow, making them suitable for various dental procedures.
Q: I went to buy a plastic water bottle that has a tube inside that you frezee, and keeps the water cold they don't have anymore they sold like hot bread. I been looking everywher, and only found a place Alibaba that sells them wholesale only. A Hello kitty in OKorder which is not the one I want . If anybody knows wher I can buy i will appreciate a link or name of the place.
You can keep water cold without having to use the frozen tube. Just buy a double wall insulated bottle and that should do the trick. If you want an extra layer of insulation, you can always add on an insulation sleeve too.
Q: I need to bleed my brakes. A plastic tube is attached to the valve on the wheel. What is the proper size tube? It is a clear plastic hose or tube. I need the inside diameter measurements so that I can buy one at the hardware store.I use this tube to drain out the fluid. any one know offhand? Dodge Neon
ummm what plastic tube....ive never used one and ive done up into the 10s of thousands of brake jobs
