Q: Hey,In a few months i am going on holiday to India and it will be the first vacation out of my own country. So i was wondering what safety and health precautions i should take ?? also is it ok to drink tap water or should i stick to bottled water ?? Thanks
where are you? it varies from state to state. in texas it's illegal to park, stop or stand (motorcycles) a vehicle (irrespective of occupancy-people in car or not) in the fire line
Q: What's the difference between a fire blanket and a fire blanket?
Fire felt belongs to component material, its characteristic is flame retardant, fire retardant. Just like fire bricks.
Q: Its kinda set up that way right now being that Cena and Team Hell No are facing The Shield, and Ryback walking out earlierBQ: Do you want to see Ryback join The Shield?
Little Willy in the Lab, now he is no more ! What he thought was H2O was H2SO4 ! Be careful !
Q: The alfa particles ionise the air in a small wire-mesh box. This causes a small current in the circuit. If smoke enters the box, the smoke absorbs alfa particles, which changes the current and sets off the alarm. Why would a betta particle emitter not be suitable for use in the smoke detector described? Give 2 reasons.
Look around, you may find it laying in storage in a closet, attic, or even crawl space. Check the utility closet (furnace room) too. If you cannot find the frame, you can probably have one made, or purchase one from the manufacturer. There should be a brand label, or tag on the door .. sometimes it is on the edge, but often it is on the top. Take the frame with the glass in to your local hardware store, and they can tell you if they can make it, or if they have one in stock.. or if they need to order it, etc. Buying a new door would be the last option I would explore, unless this one is damaged. Good Luck
Q: What is the name of the song in closing scene of 12/01 Las Vegas show when Danny rescues Delinda?
I used a sunbeam heating pad from wal-mart for my chameleons and iguanas. Works great, just slid it under the tank in one corner.
Q: I have had this detector in my apartment, in the package for about 3 or 4 years. Yesterday, I finally opened it, thanks to the building owner threatening to come into every apartment and check to see if we had detectors. Without one there will be a 50 dollar fine. In the package there was already a battery. It said it expired in 2004, but the detector was bought after that so I tried it anyway. It beeped saying low battery, so I took it out and bought a new one. It worked fine up until 9 tonight. Suddenly it was saying low battery again, so I took that one out and plugged it into the wall. It continued beeping and saying low battery. Should I just buy a new one or is there something I can do about this?
In 49 of the 50 American states, yes, you can be fired for no reason at all. You can file a lawsuit, but you probably won't win it. Edit: If your response to people who try to help you is You suck, then you are unlikely to last for very long in any job that requires personal interactions. And I'm not a lawyer. There are only a very few people on Y!A who actually are lawyers. And all of the real lawyers will tell you the same thing, that it's legal to fire a worker for no reason in 49 out of 50 states, and that you probably won't win a lawsuit. See, the thing is, if you ask a question, you don't always get the answer that you likebut the answer might be correct even if you don't like it.

Q: Everytime I hear the fire alarm go off at work it sends me into fits of tears! I know its going to happen as the maintenence man comes every Friday morning to check it! But Still I cry like a baby! What does this mean? Thanks
mom smoking in bed, falls asleep daughter smoking in bed, falls asleep drunk mom or daughter falls asleep smoking mom sleeping in chair by fireplace, knot in wood pops, sending a hot ember into the blanket on her lap cat knocks over oil lamp while power is out pyromaniac neighbor/fireman douses the place in gas and burns it sunny day, a giant holds a magnifying glass over the house
Q: I'll be the hose and you be the fire.
adriantheace has it about right. Most explosives contain their own oxygen so the absence of air in space is not an issue. When you fire the gun the the bullet comes out at speed and you will go backward slowly (conservation of momentum will mean this is set by massbullet x velocitybullet masshuman x velocity human) The bullet will continue on for ever (almost) since their is no friction unless it hits a planet, moon or black hole! And because there is no turbulence or cross winds you can kill people at 10km if you have good enough sights. The bullet will kill you in just the same way as on earth and if you are lucky enough for it to hit a non leathal part of your body it will puncture your space suit which will depresurise and your blood will boil and you will die horribly Urgh So guns are just as nasty in space as on earth.
Q: Science Safety Questions? 10 points best answer?
Bummer. Sounds like a piece of **** to me anyways. Just let it ride.
