Q: For example , 3300mfd capacitor used in a bank 3 nos . the value of capacitor is 9900 mfd ,instead of 9900 mfd ,10000 mfd 1 no used. Is any advantage over using bank .
Capacitor banks are used to compensate inductive loads such as motors. So capacitors are included when power factor reduces (high inductive load)and are switched off as power factor increases. The capacitors should not overcompensate. Briefly banks are used for variable capacitances.
Q: I need about a 700watt power supply that won't break the bank. I need it to be reliable and for it to last. It is for gaming.and the total watts is about 625.
you are able to spend you cash on a termaltake capability furnish wich are somewhat high priced yet good high quality and purchase a 400watt one or purchase a 500watt or greater, favourite capability furnish wich could value a littel much less and supply you greater wattage yet with the possibility of the capability furnish dieying previously than the termaltake one.
Q: Banks are out of control, I think we can all agree on that. But should The Fed be given more power to regulate them?If not, what are the alternatives?
Not sure if the Fed should be given this duty. From everything that happened with the financial meltdown there is no doubt stronger regulation is needed. A lot of finance companies that were making the bad subprime loans, didn't fall under federal regulations. Then many of the state regulators never regulated these companies. Possibly a new federal agency over all banking. Some may feel that doing so would give the government to much power. We need to quit living in the red scare days.
Q: I need two examples of national, concurrent, and state powers please. Oh and please write them in simple terms :) Please and thank you!
Concurrent powers are powers that are shared by the Federal and State government. Federal powers: - Print money (bills and coins) - Declare war - Establish an army and navy - Enter into treaties with foreign governments State Powers: - Regulate intrastate (within the state) commerce - Conduct elections - Ratify amendments to the U.S. Constitution - Provide for public health and safety Concurrent: -Creating and collecting taxes -Building highways - Borrowing money - Making and enforcing laws - Chartering banks and corporation
Q: how much is it?
Before you get serious about solar, learn as much as you can. There is a lot of info on the Internet. The California Energy Commission has a wealth of info, and all you need to comply with their rules for rebates. Does your roof have unobstructed sunlight? trees or adjacent buildings can knock down the efficiency of a rooftop system. With fixed systems, it is best if the ridge line runs approximately east and west, so you can mount panels on the south side. Maybe your building department or contractors can tell you of solar installations in your area. Solar owners like to talk about their systems. I elected not to have batteries, and am glad. They add thousands to the cost, require maintenance, need to be replaced occasionally, and rob your system of power, just to keep the batteries charged. I would have them only if uninterrupted power were necessary for things like medical equipment. Expect to pay a lot more than you have been told.
Q: a. claimed the power to review acts of Congressb. ruled that Congress could charter a national bankc. ruled that a state could tax the national bankd. ruled that slavery was fully legal
b. ruled that Congress could charter a national bank The Supreme Court, however, decided that the chartering of a bank was an implied power of the Constitution, under the “elastic clause,” which granted Congress the authority to “make all laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into execution” the work of the Federal Government.
Q: If you miss more than one payment of your mortgage, then banks issues a power of sale,What to do?
You can pay or move. Thats about it.
Q: I see in Article 1 Section 8 that they have the power to coin money and establish value thereof. I would assume that would include bills of credit as well until I read Article 1 Section 10. It denies the states the power to coin money and it also denies them the power to emit bills of credit. So it has made it very clear that coin money and emit bills of credit are different powers of government. But wait, where does it say that bills of credit can NOT be emitted by the Federal Government? O shoot the 10th amendment forbids the Federal Government from taking any action that is not authorized by the Constitution and its Amendments. Now I understand that the Supreme Court does not interpret it like this. They did at first with Hepburn v. Griswold but that was overturned by Knox v. LeeWhat do you think?
Interesting. I have never had that one questioned. I will have to look into it deeper, as it seems that you are 100% accurate. And the Supreme Court has been misinterpreting the Constitution for quite some timeThe States need to reclaim their rights by nullifying ALL federal usurpations of powerand the Supreme Court has no Constitutional power to stop them. For those about to mention the Supremacy Clause.the federal government is superior to the states ONLY in those limited powers granted to the federal government, not across the board.
Q: I am researching how banking was performed in the 1860s in the Territory of Colorado. I know its a bit unsual, but my son asked me some questions that I could not find answers too about the banking practices. Thank you.
I tried looking it up myself, and found no answers. Your best bet is going to the library. Sorry that I could not be of much help :(
Q: Are you REALLY okay with a banking cartel in cahoots with politicians printing trillions of dollars?
love them or hate them. For me and my wife if it wasn't for the FDIC we would have lost $$$$ when mainland savings when under in the 70ty's.The government has printed trillions for eons. Most bills have to be taken out of circulation in a year or two.Is a monopoly by the government good or bad? I don't know.I do know It beats the hell out of a bread line if they let the economy go to hell.
