Ceramic Fiber Blanket with High Tensile Strength

Fiber Blanket Introduction

Ceramic fiber blanket is made from high quality Gao-ling clay,high purity alumina and silica oxides by spun or blown process.the ceramic fiber blanket series includes STD/HP/HA/HZ,according to the different service temperature range from 1050-1350 oC.
The products are mainly used as inner lining for kilns in the metallurgy, petrochemical, machinery and electrons, ceramics industries, etc., and insulating material for nuclear power industry.

Fiber Blanket Features

1.Low thermal conductivity,low thermal capacity;
2.High wervice temperature,and can contact with the flame directly;
3.Good thermal stability, chemical stability and thermal shock resistance;
4.Good sound and heat insulation ability;
5.Easy to construct and convenient to use.

Q:I've been having erratic issues with my stereo for a few weeks nowThe CD player works sometimes by either running fine or it'll just illuminate and not functionSome buttons on my receiver don't function and the likeI've found that when I unplug and re-plug them that nothing changesHowever, I've just unplugged the power supply (old) and they seem to be functioning againCould that be the problem?
Hi What?.The old power supply should be replaced.cheers!.The cold weather can play havoc with electrical equipment (hi-fi).I have used electrical equipment in minus 7 C degrees(outside temperature).but the thing you should do is keep the room warm so the trick is to insulate the equipment (after use only!!!) and one easy way to do that is simply by putting a sheet and then something over it again like a blanket,let your equipment cool down for 5minsthe sheet stops the fine partical fibres from the blanket getting into the component air vents.so dont laugh,as this does work.and people wonder why i do this to my marshall valve amps!it's like putting your equipment to bed lol and for e.g A plasma tv i have in its manual it stipulates the temperature and altitude guides for use.it say's to avoid operating the tv at temperatures below 5 degrees C/(41F) and a altitude above 2000ft.The biggest problem when it is very cold is that if any electrical equipment gets the slightest bit of frost.what happens then, you have a minute build up of moisture and this process repeats its self over the winter time and condensation occurs.thus creating rust spots throughout the electrical unit.which can cause shortening out of wiring etc etcsorry for rambling.but i find it plausible to explain various scenarios.Cheers What?
Q:Who knows the density of ceramic fiber board?
Density board is also called as fiber board. Fiber board is a kind of artificial panel, whose principal raw material is wood fiber or other plant fiber. After being tear up, soaked, grinded and adding some sizing, fiber board can be manufactured via processes like hot press molding and dry-up, etc. According to its different volume and density, it can be classified into three categories: high density fiber board, 280 kg/m3; medium density fiber board, 300 kg/m3; low density fiber board, 320 kg/m3.
Q:We are located just east of Los Angeles and in summer it gets over 100 degrees inside So, we want to put insulation between the 4quot;X2quot; beams that run every 22quot; or soThen attach drywall directly to the beams so as to keep the peaked roofThree questions: 1) what is the right insulation to use that won't go past the 4quot; beams yet do the job and 2) can I use 1/4quot; thick drywall or do I need 1/2quot;? And 3) Since there is no attic, how do I get rid of the accumulated heat near the ceiling? The a/c is big enough for a 600 sq ft room, yet the guesthouse (once a pool house) is 400 sq ft and even with the thermostat set at 78, it never shuts off or gets cool enough.
I am an HVAC tradesman and understand insulation very wellI have seen houses with your type of roof/ceiling and have seen them enclosed for the very same reasonIf it were my ceiling, I would put batting insulation in between the beamsR11 is the best you will get in that 4 spaceI would then put Celotex over the beams on the entire ceiling and then 1/2 or 5/8 drywall over the CelotexThe reason for the Celotex is twofold: 1) if you only put insulation and drywall over the beams, heat will conduct right through the roof, into the beams, then into the drywall and in short time will discolor any finish you put on it showing the beams above2) the Celotex will offer a little bit more R-Value to the total ceiling envelope and save you on your electric billThe other option is to re-roof the space and put the insulation on the roof meanwhile keeping the beautiful type ceiling you have in your guesthouseIn that case, I would consult with the roofer for the best insulation options.
Q:I would like to make a wig out of my own (African American) hairHave you done that? How would I go about it? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
You use a fine mesh cut to the shape you need, or you could crochet a fine cap using silk or a very fine threadTo attach the hair, make sure the root end is the one attached to the base.Each hair can be tied to the mesh.You will need many hairs for each mesh openingThis is going to take patience, you may want to thread each hair onto a fine needle and manage the construction that wayI made a wig out of fine threads and yarns, using a base I crocheted to fit the exact size I needed.
Q:I have a quarter horse and a Thoroughbred that I've never blanketed beforeI've recently moved from Tennessee to Kentucky, but my horses won't be up here until November or February, I'm not really sure yetBut I don't want them to be too cold, and I want them to be able to work over the winter (because I'll be showing in early spring)I'll be able to put it on and take it off daily, if need beHow should I blanket them, when should I, what should I use, etc? Any and everything will be appreciatedPlease be specific if possible, I know very little about blanketsExamples or links would be awesome too! Thanks (:
The only way to make a toy with yarn that is going to hold up is to knit or crochet itHave you heard of AMIGURUMI?
Q:My dad gave me his baby blanket and I would like to store it the best way possibleHe said he thinks it's wool; I don't know how wool felt back in those daysIt's the size of a bassinet blanket; cream with flowersIt doesn't need to be cleaned.I just want to know how to store itMy dad is 92 years old, so it's been around a long time.
roll it in acid-free tissue paper.don't fold it, because that will make it weak on the fold linesstore it in an acid-free box.then in a cedar chest, if you have oneYou could have it framed also.in a shadow box.your framer can mount it in a box in a way that will preserve it and let the fibers still breatheThat is really a neat heirloom to have.best wishes!
Q:Sometimes I wonder if they are cold or comfortableTemperature in the house is 75 and I feel coldWould a light sheet/blanket help? Thanks guys.
It's actually better to put a light blanket underneath them, so they can lay on itWhen they lay on just carpet or hardwood, it takes a while for the skin/fur touching the floor to warm upAnd it might not be very comfortable, too My cat doesn't like to be covered at allShe loves it when we put a fluffy blanket on the floor for her:)
Q:Hi! I need help with two question's what are four whole grain foods that provide 3 or more grams of dietary fiber? and 3 vegetable that are consider 'starchy' ? any answers would be niceThank You :)
C since its from a result of a nuclear reaction, lead would be the only thing, at least in my mind, that would help contain it to a degreedid i win? o well ima say it anywaysi win!
Q:How do I crochet a scarf like this?
The scarf you picture is not crocheted, but woven fabric insteadThat being said you could create something similar in crochetI would recommend a light weight yarn as the scarf looks quite drapey, and anything too thick would result in something too bulky and stiffPerhaps a sport weight or dk weight would work, with maybe a G hookTo create that multi stripe look, I would crochet it longways, meaning make your beginning chain the length that you want the completed scarf to be then swap out colors every row or two as you desire to make the stripingYou could finish it by fringing the edges, maybe bead the ends of the fringeYou could either buy sparkly yarns or you could get a carry along thread in silver which you would hold with your working yarn to create that sparkleHope this helps!
Q:I am thinking of finishing out side facing wall of garageThe sides touch the house and ceiling is already finished by builderShould I put insulation before putting drywall? It is non heated garage and I don't have plan to make it heated.
