1.Description of Ceramic Fiber Products :
Ceramic fiber product is made from high quality Gao-ling clay, high purity alumina and silica oxides by spun or blown process. It is asbestos free. No chemical binder is added. Double-side needling provides blanket with great tensile or handing strength for easy installation.
2.Main features of Ceramic Fiber Products:
◆Low thermal conductivity ◆High tensile strength
◆Resilient to thermal shock ◆Corrosion resistance

4. Microporous Insulation Board Technical Parameters
There are four kinds of ceramic fiber products according to the temperature and chemical content. They are STD(1260℃),HP(1260℃),HA(1350℃, high alumina),HZ(1430℃,contain ZrO2).
1) For the blanket, the bulk density will be 64kg/m3, 96 kg/m3, 128 kg/m3, 160 kg/m3.
2) For the paper, the bulk density will be 160-220 kg/m3.
3) For the board, the bulk density will be 240-400kg/m3.
Application
◆ Petrochemical process heater refractory fiber lining ◆ General furnace backup insulation
◆ Heat treating furnace or intermittent (shuttle) kiln hot face lining ◆ Electrical insulator
◆ Heat seals for kiln car or furnace door ◆ High temperature acoustic
◆ Fire protection

- Q: what is fiber? why is fiber good for you ? list 4 foods that are high in fiber.
- just leave it alone.or use some aloevera gell(organic!)
- Q: A) there is less heating in the transmission wiresB) the resistance of the wires is less at high voltagesC) more current is transmitted at high voltagesD) the insulation is more effective at high voltagesE) the iR drop along the wires is greater at high voltageHow does the voltage of the line affect the final power output? Thanks.
- Why is it better to send 10,000 kW of electric power long distances at 10,000 V rather than at 220 V? There are 2 equations for Power Eq1…Power volts amps Eq2.Power amps^2 resistance Using Eq1 If the volts 10,000 v 10,000 kw 10,000 v I I 1 amp, the current is lowIf the volts 220 v 10,000 Kw 220 v I I 45.45 amps, the amps is high The transmission wires have a specific resistanceLet r resistance of transmission wires As the current flows through the transmission wires the resistance causes the wires to get hotThis heat energy is emitted into the insulation on the wire and into the airThis means less electric energy for the customersEq2.Power amps^2 resistance At 10,000 v, only 1 amp is flowing through the transmission wire, so the energy loss due to heat 1^2 r Joules 1 r Joules At 220 v, 45.45 amps is flowing through the transmission wire, so the energy loss due to heat 45.45^2 r 2066 r Joules Also, as the wire gets hotter the resistance increasesSo more heat is producedA) there is less heating in the transmission wires YES B) the resistance of the wires is less at high voltages C) more current is transmitted at high voltages D) the insulation is more effective at high voltages E) the iR drop along the wires is greater at high voltage
- Q: Im going to cali this summer and i wanna look good in my bikini, would a High Fiber Diet be good fot that?
- seems a quick wrap in saran/cling wrap would solve the problem
- Q: i hear fiber helps you lose weightso i want to eat more of that.
- Fruit, vegetables, whole grains (whole grain (brown) breads, cereals, oats, pasta etc) Too much fiber can also make you bloated and give you gas and diarrhea that's how it makes you 'lose' weight it just flushes everything out of your system really quickly so not all of the energy from food is absorbed by the time it is passedThis also happens with some vitamins and minerals.
- Q: I need to find a glue that is strong enough to hold gems and beads together with fabric and yarn, and I need it to dry with a clear finish as super glue leaves a nasty hard white residueSo far iv bought quot;Aleene's Clear Gel Tacky Gluequot; and quot;Liquid stitchquot; and they don't work wellIt takes hours for them to hold and in the end my projects just come apartIv also tried using a hot glue gun, but this doesn't work either as it just leaves a hard lump and I need something more precise. Thanks In advanced for you answers :)
- You can get fabric glue at most craft storesDifferent materials require different types of glue so get one that specifically says gems and beads or yarn or whatever it is that you want to hold togetherDon't use something for silk on wool because it'll just destroy your material.
- Q: What types of food that are not totally nasty are high in fiber?
- No the dough will stick like a demon to it on you cos it isn't getting enough air inside to bake .
- Q: I have a 5 bedroom house and the downstairs part of my house always stays cool throughout the day;however the upstairs part of my house doesn't cool off until midnight or later and it's getting very uncomfortable to everyoneWhat can I do?
- Heat rises - plus (and probably much more importantly), there is radiational heating through the roof of your house, which accounts for the upstairs being warmerPossibly you need more ventilation in your attic crawl space, and/or better insulation between the 2nd floor ceiling and the roofIn the meantime, how about window air conditioners for the upstairs bedrooms? I had to add a roof ridge vent because there was insufficient ventilation in the atticIt helps, but I could still use better insulation under the roofMy parents used to think they should be able to cool their entire 3-story house by air conditioning the (uninsulated) attic space, because after all, heat rises! What a waste of money - apparently they were at home from school the day that radiational heating was discussedApparently some of the other responders here must have been, tooIf you go up into your attic crawl space during the day, you will find it is like an ovenThat is the majority of your problem, because it does not cool off until the entire thermal mass of your roof and attic cools down.
- Q: i've read that to reduce the risk of cotdeath, the nursery should be between 17 and 21 C i think, and ive got a room thermometer to go on my wallbut how do you maintain the temperature without having a heater or fan on all night? what if the temperature drops and i dont know how many blankets should be in the cot.
- Really you just keep your whole house between 17-21C and if you don't adjust the heater or fan then the room shouldn't really change temperature during the nightThere are thermometers with built-in alarms that are used in commercial applications, so if its a huge worry for you look for one of thoseThere should be NO blankets in a cotYou can use sleepers and sleeping bags designed for babies and are put on the baby in such a way they can not get near the baby's face If you must use a blanket it must not be fluffy, and your baby's feet should touch the the foot of the bed and the blanket should be firmly tucked in preferably under the baby's armsThis is still less safe than no blanket.
- Q: Hi! I've increased the amount of fiber in my diet quite a bit in the past several months and lost about 15 poundsMy husband is trying to get on it too because of the many health benefits, not for the weight lossHe's getting really caught up in which foods we eat that have the highest fiberI have found several conflicting reports about some fruits and vegetables and I'm wondering if I can reach some sort of resolutionDaily, we eat about a cup or more of each fresh fruit: mango, papaya, banana, strawberry, orange, apple, mixed salad greens, brussel sprouts, edamame (soy beans), and tomatoSometimes we'll have figs, pineapple, plums, and peach too (if we don't have the others)We definitely eat other grains and beans too, but those generally have nutrition information written right on the back of the box- we're looking for the quot;unwrittenquot; fiber content of fresh fruits and veggies.
- Blown in insulation is generally easiest to installIt sounds like you have good accessIf you are a DIY person, many places will lend you the blower for free if you buy so many bales of insulation It takes two people to do this job, one in the attic and one putting the bales in the blowerIt's pretty easy6 inches or more works pretty well, depending on your budgetDon't blow insulation over your eave vents, they need to stay open.
