Made from 100% recyclable materials, CMAX epoxy cast iron pipe systems are not only environmental friendly, but also satisfy many properties necessary to withstand the aggressive conditions both internal and external of the pipes and fittings: these properties include its excellent resistance to abrasion, corrosion, impact and fire. CMAX also has low noise transmission compared to common UPVC drainage pipe systems. CMAX is designed as long lasting building materials.
Standard:
CMAX epoxy cast iron pipe systems with nominal size between 40-300mm comply with BS EN 877.BS EN 877 guarantees the quality of the materials, dimensions and tolerances, mechanical properties(like water pressure, tensile strength and brinell hardness) appearance, and the standard coating for the epoxy cast iron pipes, fittings and couplings.
Strength:
Iron is well known for its strength and abrasion resistance. The shape and impact strength of CMAX products are unchanged under exposure of sunlight and weathering, while UPVC and PVC pipes would soften, deform and become brittle under intense temperature change.
Quiet:
CMAX’s sturdy and dense properties reduce pipe vibration a silent drainage system.Studies had proven iron is the quietest material out of all other common drainage system.
Non-Toxic and Non-Combustile:
No toxic gas will be emitted from CMAX in the event of fire. Iron is also non-combustile,so epoxy cast iron pipes and fittings are recoverable after fire.
Anti-Corrosive:
All CMAX epoxy cast iron pipes and fittings are internally and externally finished with corrosive resistant epoxy coating to prevent fouling and corrosion. The epoxy on CMAX epoxy cast iron pipes and fittings provides an excellent exterior under humid and tropical conditions.
Coupling:
Lightweight couplings are specially engineered to guarantee a strong, quick and easy connection between CMAX pipes and fittings. Made from stainless steel with rubber gaskets, the coupling match pipe and fittings non-corrosive properties.
- Q: I am deciding to be a real estate agent because i can not find a job.
- It's a great time if you are a worker
- Q: I have an A.S in Real Estate, Bachelors in Architecture, and plan on getting my masters in real estate development. Will being an architect, a real estate broker, and a building contractor at the same time give me an advantage to be a successful real estate developer??? What do you think?
- Beyond all the data knowledge that you need to be a real estate developer- is money. You need to be very good at raising money- and planning how to work around issues that come up. For instance the time from the very start of a project (planning it and finding the property) to the end (selling the buildings) can zoom from 5 to 10 years very easily. We don't know what the economy will be like in one year- much less ten years. We also don't know much about the building and zoning requirements will be in the future years. You will need to be constantly going back to your investors and telling them why you need more money- and why it will be a while before you can return anything to them. The Excavation of the site for the Empire State Building began on January 22, 1930 (I don't know when they got the permits or started raising money). They had no idea how long the great depression would last. It is said that it did not make a profit for the investors until 1950. So how good are you at talking people into investing huge sums of money?
- Q: Anyone know where to get real estate sales data for Los Angeles County? I'm looking for the detailed data that includes sq footage of property, zip code and date or sale. (the same type sites like Zillow use)
- LA County Assessors office. This is public info. You can look up the pin number, then call during office hours to get the exact details....you need to provide them with the pin number. You can also get the pin number by plugging in the address under tax records...also on the assessor site Or call any licensed realtor, they can pull the listing free of charge for you on the MLS if it was sold in the last 15 years through tradditional realtors.....in the archived Property report on the main screen...
- Q: I m 19 years old and I have read too much information about real estate (for 8months now) and I am so eager to start. I only have 1k saved for now and I work at a bank. Should I wait for more savings to get started or should I start Now!? If I were to start now, where would I start. I want to buy and hold. I just want to get my feet wet and start but money is the only thing holding me back.
- ...but money is the only thing holding me back. Well, it's a big thing but it's not the ONLY thing. Should I wait for more savings to get started... What other choice do you have? You can't buy with cash and you can't borrow either. ETA: No, you can't borrow. You will NEVER get a mortgage as a teenager and only 1k in cash. You have ZERO down payment. ZERO cash for closing costs. ZERO cash for pre-paids. And I doubt you have an adequate credit score, income or two year work history.
- Q: how many (if any) years of college does it take work for real estateto be able to work for them
- Depends on what type of real estate job you want. If you just want to be a selling agent, you don't need to go to college but you do need to take some specific real estate courses that are offered by specialized real estate schools, then pass the standard test administered by the state you live in to become a licensed agent, and then you can apply to be a real estate agent at any local real estate office.
- Q: Hi, I'm currently in the Army and after 1 year in afghanastan I've decided I do not want to re enlist. Not that I ever intended to. But getting out in a few months. So I've decided to get a career started. I'm looking into real estate because although I've heard its not a great market right now. Seems like something id be good at. Meeting people, helping them find a home. I've always wanted a job that I can dress professionaly and present my self well. I don't have any college. Joind the army straight out of high school. Didn't take advantage of schooling unfortunately. But I don't cry over spilt milk. Does that hurt my chances at geting into the field and/or being successsful? what does it take to be successful and do well? Also what are the benifits and negatives of the job? How far up can you get in this feild?Any advice is helpful and welcome.
- It's not a job, Kevin. It's your own business. You will need enough money in the bank to live on for the first year or two, plus at least $5000 to get started (classes, advertising, office supplies, MLS dues, etc.) And you will need lots of persistence and the ability to handle lots of rejection. Most people who start as real estate agents do not make it through their second year. Schooling is irrelevant, except that you need very clear communication skills, both written and oral. How far can you go? You can own your own company with agents working under you, you can make plenty of money just selling real estate - commercial is more lucrative but also much more difficult than residential, you can purchase your own investment properties. And there are tons of related jobs in mortgage, title, appraisal, inspection, developing, property management, etc.
- Q: I am having trouble finding real estate investors to add to my buyer's list for wholesale deals I am working on. I have attended meetings of my local real estate investment club but we are lucky if five people show up. I have tried classified ads in the newspaper and on craigslist, all without responses. I have contacted we buy houses ads. I suspect I have had no luck with this method because they might consider me as their competition.I stay away from bandit signs because of strict code enforcement in my area. I have telephoned professional contractors in my area but none have returned my calls. What am I doing wrong or what else can I try?
- Clubs are for Socializing and building relationship. The best way is to work with brokers who can help you gain and move properties with maximum exposure. Time is money, working with qualified buyers and motivated sellers make transactions faster and smooth.
- Q: what are some good reasons for becoming an attorney?what are some good reasons for becoming a real estate attorney?
- WHY do you specifically want to become a real estate attorney? Usually, you can't become JUST a real estate attorney - you usually have to do another field of law also. Right now, there are NO good reasons for becoming an attorney. Jobs in the field of Law are drying up FAST!! This is not a good field to invest time and/or money in!! Many reasons. THE main reason?.........We simply have WAY TOO MANY Attorneys! - we have a GLUT of Lawyers! So.........even IF you would finish law school, you probably won't be able to find a job when you are done. The law schools know this >they know the market/economy is SATURATED - but still they recruit and continue to churn out graduates. If you want a JOB when you are done with your studies, consider and look into the field of HEALTHCARE! <THIS is where the jobs are! and scholarships! Good luck.
- Q: I majoring in economics and I wanted to minor in real estate because that's ultimately what I want to end up doing, but my school doesn't offer the minor anymore, though I'm still allowed to take the classes. I know I don't need a BA degree but I want to have something to back me up and I feel as though I'd feel more accomplished. I don't have the time to take the classes right away to get my real estate license and work as one during school but I want to get as much experience as possible and learn the ropes. I contacted a few real estate agents in my area and all but one has returned my call and even they are not looking for an unlicensed assistant. I'm looking to move to southern California after graduation and would love to find out as much as possible about that market before I go out there. Does anyone know of any internship opportunities out there or in PA? Any advice would help, Thanks.
- Real estate brokers and agents would not use the term Internship to describe what you are offering. That is why they were not interested. There are 2 avenues that could work. YOu agree to work for no salary for one month. YOu go on appointments with a successful agent.... and in return, you do small jobs like putting up For Sale signs and removing lockboxes (with house keys inside) from sold houses. The 2nd month you could get a small salary because the agent now knows that you will work hard. Or you go to work as an assistant for $1,500 a month. You are a paid employee. You will answer calls and pass out flyers and go to meetings as well as put up signs. You will be more like a secretary but you will get paid for your work. Decide which one you want and call 100 agents. Or visit them as they hold Open Houses.
