Made from 100% recyclable materials, CMAX epoxy cast iron pipe systems are not only environmental friendly, but also satisfy many properties necessary to withstand the aggressive conditions both internal and external of the pipes and fittings: these properties include its excellent resistance to abrasion, corrosion, impact and fire. CMAX also has low noise transmission compared to common UPVC drainage pipe systems. CMAX is designed as long lasting building materials.

Standard:

CMAX epoxy cast iron pipe systems with nominal size between 40-300mm comply with BS EN 877.BS EN 877 guarantees the quality of the materials, dimensions and tolerances, mechanical properties(like water pressure, tensile strength and brinell hardness) appearance, and the standard coating for the epoxy cast iron pipes, fittings and couplings.

Strength:

Iron is well known for its strength and abrasion resistance. The shape and impact strength of CMAX products are unchanged under exposure of sunlight and weathering, while UPVC and PVC pipes would soften, deform and become brittle under intense temperature change.

Quiet:

CMAX’s sturdy and dense properties reduce pipe vibration a silent drainage system.Studies had proven iron is the quietest material out of all other common drainage system.

Non-Toxic and Non-Combustile:

No toxic gas will be emitted from CMAX in the event of fire. Iron is also non-combustile,so epoxy cast iron pipes and fittings are recoverable after fire.

Anti-Corrosive:

All CMAX epoxy cast iron pipes and fittings are internally and externally finished with corrosive resistant epoxy coating to prevent fouling and corrosion. The epoxy on CMAX epoxy cast iron pipes and fittings provides an excellent exterior under humid and tropical conditions.

Coupling:

Lightweight couplings are specially engineered to guarantee a strong, quick and easy connection between CMAX pipes and fittings. Made from stainless steel with rubber gaskets, the coupling match pipe and fittings non-corrosive properties.

Q: Im graduating high school in may of 2009 and im going to major in real estate when i attend college. I hear that many realty agents dont make that much money there first year(s). So i want to become the greatest agent i possibly can become. What things should i do to become an successful agent ?
Play More Monopoly. XD
Q: A close friend of mine has been working in the real estate business for about 6 months. However she is struggling to make it. She is a hard worker and trust-worthy individual, but she is having problems in two areas. She has worked with two different agencies and in both of those agencies they are always pushing her to engage in unethical practices (such as forging documents and misleading the buyers/sellers). Of course she is not obligated, but if she does not do so she will not have any business. The second issue is that when it comes down to networking, male agents only want to network with her if she goes out with them. The moment she turns them down she looses that contact. Is there any advice you could give me so I could pass on to her, or is this how the R&E business is? Thank you in advanceEric
Where are you working? If she want's help have her email me.
Q: Well for the past 3 years I have wanted to go into real-estate as a career. Im a senior this year and the time is coming near for me to get serious, im really excited. All my teachers, friends, and co-workers think it would be great for me. But a lot of my family, other then my mother think i will fail because its so slow right now. They think I'm just wasting my time, and will never be succesful. so here the question.1.How do I get them off my back, and just trust me when i say this is what i want to do?2.Is real-estate as bad as they say?I've always wanted to do this and think i'd be really good.please help!
Right now houses are so inexpensive that more people are finally able to afford their first home... As for getting them off your back... tell them that you are going to give real estate a try since that is your dream, and if it doesn't work out then you can always go into something else later!
Q: like how much does it cost for the exam to be a salesperson in real estate?
there are some states that don't require you to attend a real assets college with the intention to take the examination. examine with your real assets examination board to verify what are their standards. even though it may well be much less annoying to basically take a internet course that may assist you bypass the examination, except you're a real assets paralegal or lawyer, of course.
Q: I had taken a real estate class at a real estate center about 18 months ago..However, I have yet to take the exam...I am now ready to take the exam..Will the school charge me again to take the course?Do I have any rights being that I paid and there's no fine print that stipulates I must take the exam in a certain time frame?I'm in NYC, if that matters..
I'm 100% sure that the NY real estate commission has rules as to how long your training lasts. No one here can answer your question if the school will charge you. ASK THEM.
Q: Most jobs will usually ask tell me about yourself? or highschool and college? So I assume this time for real estate interview will be the same as well. I am very bad with talking espeically with job interviews. Please help...where can I start to talk about myself with what topic? I am a quiet student back then. So I'm not that active. Also...most question i had heard before is.. what makes u think u bring benifit in our company? I couldnt ' think of a better professional way to answer it. =(
usually they ask that when they suspect that you are not capable of doing the job. The answer i usually give is, I have the potential of learning and being there for the customer. Customer is the main duty in my job and I will do everything in my power to solve and do my job to the limit. good luck
Q: Hello all.I'm interested in getting my license to become a real estate agent. I've looked online and all I can find are online courses. I do not have computer access at home. Does anyone know of where I can just get the books or go to a school and take the courses?
Hello okorder
Q: I am going for a second interview for this real estate job tomorrow. Its is pretty junior sales position and I am pretty sure they are going to ask me 'why i want to get into the real estate business'. I graduated with a marketing degree and obviously i have a passion for marketing so how should i link my passion for marketing and real estate together and produce a good answer for this question? I already thought of one myself but i would love to hear other people's idea!!
If I was in your position, I would be excited because how we market property now is so diverse. Just a few years ago, you made print ads, held open houses, talked to people, blah blah blah. Now, there are so many venues and the game is changing regularly. I believe the house sell itself, you just have to get the right eyeballs to it.
Q: So I have to do a paper on a job that I would have interest in pursuing after graduation and if you could answer my questions, that would be great! Especially any real estate agents that live in the South Carolina area.Give me a brief job description. What are some daily tasks that you must perform? What is your base salary and about how much it is with commission?Benefits?Opportunities for advancement? Education requirements?Skills needed?
