5.FAQ of Solar module
1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory.
2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Jiangyin, Jiangsu, China, near Shanghai. You are warmly welcomed to visit us!
3. Q: How can I get some samples?
A: Please connect me for samples
4. Q: Can the price be cheaper?
A: Of course, you will be offered a good discount for big amount.
- Q: in a solar panel, i know that the electrons are knocked loose and used as energy, what happens to the protons?
- silicon based photovoltaic cells used some boron as dopant. i dont understand if that helps supress proton pastime, the way they be conscious boron on supressing run away nuclear reaction.... im clueless as you
- Q: I am looking for an average sized solar panel (Just Panel), not 2 big n not 2 small. Any idea where i can find in abudhabigt;??
- I know where in Dubai , just go to Naif road where they sell the satellite equipment , there are a couple of shops that sell all kind of solar panels and dish equipment stuff. Sorry can't remember the name, But it is right in front of the paid parking lot (the private not public one).
- Q: Are there any noise concerns with solar panels?
- No, there are no noise concerns with solar panels as they do not produce any sound while generating electricity.
- Q: Are there any safety concerns with solar panels?
- There are a few safety concerns associated with solar panels, but they are relatively minimal and manageable. The main concerns include the risk of electrical shock during installation or maintenance if proper precautions aren't followed, fire hazards due to faulty wiring or improper installation, and potential damage from extreme weather conditions. However, with proper installation, regular maintenance, and adherence to safety guidelines, these risks can be significantly mitigated, ensuring the safe use of solar panels.
- Q: 260 watt solar panels on an rv?
- What are you going to power with your 260w solar panels? Tools? They generally use more than 260w. The panels will generate electricity. The problem is that your tools likely don't use DC. And if you're asking here, it's not likely that you have the background to hook everything up correctly. You'd need both batteries and a pretty good sized inverter.
- Q: What would it take to make a heater for a small solar panel. I am looking into making a heater for a livestock tank to keep ice melted. I know that heaters take alot of energy to run, but my theory is that if heated mirrors on a car can melt ice with low voltage and im sure not extreme heat (40-60 degrees) then making a heater with just high enough temperature to keep from icing over and melting ice is possible. Where do I start? I would like to use an inexpensive solar panel that will generate enough heat to keep ice from forming and melt it at the beginning of the day. How can you make such a heater and apply Ohms law so that it will function correctly, what Wattage will the pannel need to produce to generate enough heat for the heater. The device will only have to be large enough to melt a spot large enough for an animal to drink.
- Short answer is yes. Good to start out a large tank, or big rock to mount your collectors on. Something the stock won't eat or push over. I would start with a swimming pool solar collector. It is just a big piece of black plastic aimed at the winter sun. A collector with insulation and covers will give more heat per sq foot and cost more. Big mirrors and a black painted stock tank might be enough. Insulation of the tank might help a lot. Is the water liquid when pumped up the tank? Do you truck the water in? Is there any electric power wired there or near by? Electric solar collectors can pump and heat water and charge batteries, but it is also possible to circulate water using a thermosyphon set up. You don't have to use photocells. If it gets cold enough some collectors can freeze solid and damage themselves. There are collectors that contain two loops one water the other antifreeze.
- Q: how big of an solar panel do i need to power/charge my laptop?would one from canadian tire sell the right one?
- Yes. Basically, here's what you need (I'm keeping this general on purpose): The panels themselves -- how large an area depends on average power consumption and how much power you can get on average. That, in turn , depends on climate. You'd need more in Seattle than Tuscon, for example. I'd guess something in the neighborhod of 0 square feet. Depends also on haow many gadgets (printers, etc.) you have. You'll need a power storage system. Lithium gives you the best poser density (of off-the-shelf stuff) but an ordinary car battery works well and is reliable. And, of course, a control system to manage the power generation/storage/use so everything works together without that annoying smell that tells you you just cooked a few hundred bucks worth of equuipment! :)
- Q: Why is it nessicary, with today's economy in the postion it's currently in, to use renewable energy sources; like solar panels?
- If you're asking from an individual standpoint, I'd say it's an individual decision, and no, it's not necessary, any more than it's necessary to buy milk at Costco instead of 7-. If an individual is facing the tradeoff of paying rent or eating, solar panels won't even make the list. On the other hand, if one has money, the best time to buy just about anything is when the economy is bad, because then prices are low, competition is fierce, and installers are hungry for work. If your question is more, why should we as a society use solar panels, that's forward looking. Why didn't GM design and agressively market a Prius-like hybrid 0 years ago? Looking back, they should have.
- Q: Its cloudy out and i have a solar panel that has 3, .5 volt cells But how do i charge it without sun any other ways?
- There okorder Why pay thousands of dollars for solar energy ($27,000 average cost) when you can build your own solar panel system for just a fraction of the retail cost. You can build a single solar panel or you can build an entire array of panels to power your whole house. Some people are saving 50% on their power bill, some people are reducing their bill to nothing. But what’s most impressive is that just by following these instructions some are even making the power company pay them!
- Q: if you know the area of the panel can u calculate for the wattage or voltage of the panel..
- You need to know how many solar cells are in the panel and what is the rated current each cell will produce. This information should be listed on the panel. Each cell will produce from 0.5 to 0.55 volts DC per cell and each cell will produce a current that is dependent on the size of the cell and the type of material the cell is made from. If the cells are connected in series then the voltage of each cell will add together, that is if you have 30 cells connected in series they should generate about 5 to 6.5 volts DC. If each cell generates .2 amps, then you multiply the voltage of 5 volts DC times .2 amps DC equals 8 watts of power. The current of each cell does not add together when you connect the cells in series only the voltage of each cell. If you connect the 30 cells in parallel then the current of each cell adds together but the voltage of each cell does not. That is 0.5 Volts DC times 36 amps equals 8 watts. The power (watts) produced will be the same. See our blog on the products page to see how to connect solar cells in series and in parallel. We also have a PDF file of solar cells and their rated output current sorted by watts per area and their manufacturer.
