Limited Product Warranty
Under normal application, installation, use and service conditions, if MODULES fail to conform to this limited product warranty due to defects in material or workmanship, then for a period ending 12 years from date of sale as shown in the invoice or Contract issued by CNBM SOLAR. CNBM SOLAR will, at its option, either repair or replace or refund the purchase price as paid by the client for these defective MODULES. The repair or replacement or refund remedy shall be the sole and exclusive remedy provided under the “Limited Product Warranty” and shall not extend beyond the 12 years period set forth herein. It will be performed directly to the direct client only. This “Limited Product Warranty” does not warrant a specific power output, which shall be exclusively covered under “Limited Peak"

Two broad categories are photovoltaic panels which have achieved marketable efficiencies of around 24% and solar thermal panels which are routinely achieving efficiencies of between 60 to 80% while they are also much cheaper than photovoltaic panels. So the short answer is solar thermal panels. But what can you do with solar thermal energy. The answer is just about everything you can do with light energy. Sometimes additional equipment makes the efficiency drop to near that of photovoltaic panels. The trick is to keep the devices as simple and as efficient as possible. Solar thermal can of course be used to heat our homes. But it can also be used directly for air conditioning. The type of air conditioner uses a slightly different principal but it is one of the oldest that was once used in ice houses before refrigerators. It is known as an absorption system. At some point you may want to make electricity from the sun's heat. The most efficient commercial systems are not photovoltaic but solar thermal. - Most solar panels have something called a charge controller on them. This prevents electricity from going backwards from the battery to the panel. Solar panels are rated at 2V but they do put out a little more than that during full sun operation. You didn't specify the size of your battery but it really doesn't matter. It comes down to your consumption of power. If you are only charging the RV battery so it maintains a charge when you don't use it very much, a 5 watt panel is fine. It will charge the battery and keep the small drains on the battery from making it go dead ( the clock radio, the theft deterrent system, etc use power even when RV is off) But if you are using the battery to run things when you are parked, you probably don't have a big enough panel. If you use a 30watt fluorescent light and a 00 watt laptop, you need 30 watts of power saved up every hour in your battery and that's with no inefficiencies. So if your panel puts out 5 watts an hour and you are using 30 watts an hour, you need 30 watts/ 5 watts = 9 hours minimum of charge time to run your stuff for just one hour. You probably need a panel of around a 00 watts to get any meaningful use of your battery. Plus, you never want to run your battery to full drain because it ruins the plates inside the battery. Watts = volts x amps. If you have 2 volts panels, you would charge at 8 amps with a 00 watt panel. This is a good charge rate. Any more than this and you risk warping the plates with too much heat.

- I don't think it is enough solar power. Your motor requires .5A x 9V = 3.5 watts. The solar cells are .450A x 4V x 2ea. = 3.6 watts, .2A x .5V = .3 watts, .A x 9V = .9 watts total solar = 4.8 watts. The problem with connecting the cells in series to get the right voltage, like the two 4V cells in series with the .5 volt cell (total 9.5 volts) is that the .5 volt cell limits the maximum current to only 0.2A. If you paralleled that with the 9V cell, you would get 9 volts at 0.2 + 0. = 0.3A, too low to operate the motor at its design current and voltage. The best you could do is put the two 4V cells in series, and in parallel with the 9V cell (a blocking diode might be a good idea, but probably not required for such a small array). That way you get 8 volts at 0.55 amps.
