Q: My son had ear tubes inserted about two years ago. I have always used drops in his ears and cleaned them, etc. Sometimes I would look in them with a flashlight to make sure they were ok and not leaking, (When you get an ear infection with tubes, your ears drain some). It's OK,PVC plastic because of low temperature and harden, do not need to worry, when the temperature picks up, will naturally restore the original hardness.
