- I would go for the laptop. Xbox is good but you have to pay for games and xbox live gold. Laptop you can do mostly anything with it.

- Depends on how your wifi is set up. However, you should be able to go to the windows wireless utility (it should pop up in the lower right corner of the taskbar automatically). If it's not there go to Control panelwireless. A menu will appear showing available wireless networks. Select yours, enter in your password, and wait for the computer to connect. You should be good to go at this point.
