Polyvinyl Chloride Smooth High-Density Geomembrane Roll

Polyvinyl Chloride Smooth High-Density Geomembrane Roll

High-density polyethylene (HDPE), commonly used as a geomembrane and is similar to the material used in black polyethylene pipes. It has a broad chemical resistance and excellent UV resistance; all of them are with ISO certificates and widely accepted in USA, England, Russia, UAE, Mexico and other Asian countries.

Geomembrane is used to create an antifiltration screens for construction of geotechnical facilities in order to monitor and restrict movement of the liquid, to create waterproofing layers, etc.

Geomembrane have proven themselves to be useful in the construction of such facilities as reservoirs, slurry pits, tailings ponds, ash ponds, artificial storage, roads, and polygons for storage of industrial and domestic waste

Q: Do you have other products?
A: Yes, please check the pictures:

Q: What are the quality control measures for geotextile manufacturing?
Some quality control measures for geotextile manufacturing include thorough testing of raw materials, regular inspections of production processes, and adherence to industry standards and specifications. Additionally, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, conducting quality checks at various stages of production, and implementing robust quality management systems are essential for maintaining the desired quality and performance of geotextile products.
Q: Can geotextiles be used for reinforcement of bridge abutments?
Yes, geotextiles can be used for the reinforcement of bridge abutments. Geotextiles are commonly used in civil engineering applications for their ability to provide stability, filtration, and separation. When placed correctly, geotextiles can enhance the strength and durability of bridge abutments by distributing load, preventing soil erosion, and improving overall stability.
Q: Geotextile cost how much money a flat
Geotextile laying - including the labor costs (according to geotextile specifications and laying conditions and requirements are different), material costs (specific quality requirements and thickness, are not the same ..), mechanical use costs (such as transport, sewing System, hoisting, etc.). The price is different. Sometimes the construction of our geotextile laying, the price per square meter from 9 yuan to 50 yuan range.
Q: How do geotextiles improve the performance of drainage systems?
Geotextiles improve the performance of drainage systems by enhancing filtration, preventing soil erosion, and promoting water flow, thus increasing the overall efficiency and longevity of the drainage system.
Q: How are geotextiles made?
Geotextiles are made by weaving or knitting synthetic fibers together to create a strong, durable fabric that can be used for various geotechnical applications.
Q: GB / T-2008 has this standard on staple geotextile? What is the exact name? Know what to say thank you!
There is the national standard, full name "staple acupuncture non-woven geotextile"
Q: How do geotextiles help with erosion control?
Geotextiles help with erosion control by providing a protective barrier against soil erosion. They are designed to be permeable, allowing water to pass through while preventing the loss of soil particles. Geotextiles also stabilize soil by increasing its strength and preventing it from being carried away by wind or water. Additionally, these materials promote vegetation growth by retaining moisture and nutrients, further enhancing erosion control efforts.
Q: Are geotextiles resistant to extreme temperatures?
Yes, geotextiles are generally resistant to extreme temperatures. They are designed to withstand a wide range of temperatures, both hot and cold, without significant degradation or loss of performance.
Q: Can geotextiles be used in shoreline stabilization projects?
Yes, geotextiles can be used in shoreline stabilization projects. Geotextiles are frequently utilized in coastal engineering and shoreline protection projects to prevent erosion and stabilize the shoreline. They act as a barrier between the soil and water, reducing the impact of waves and currents, while still allowing for water drainage. Geotextiles are effective in preventing surface erosion and promoting vegetation growth, making them a valuable tool in shoreline stabilization efforts.
Q: Can geotextiles be used for reinforcement of pipeline trenches?
Yes, geotextiles can be used for reinforcement of pipeline trenches. Geotextiles are commonly used in civil engineering projects to enhance the stability and strength of soil. In the case of pipeline trenches, geotextiles can be placed as a separation layer between the soil and the pipeline, preventing soil intrusion and providing additional support to the pipeline structure.
