4.  QJ submersible water pump using condition

(1). 380V voltage deviation is no more than ±5%, frequency is 50HZ, three -phase power deviation is no more than ±1%.

(2). Motor cavity must be filled with water.

(3). The first stage impeller of the pump should be more than 2mm below the moving water surface, pump unit should be less than 70m below the static water level.

(4). The distance from the motor bottom to well bottom must be more than 3m.

(5). Water temperature should be no more than 20 centidegree.

(6). Sand content of the water ( by mass) should be no more than 0.01%.

(7). PH value of water 6.5~8.5.

(8). Hydrogen sulfide content of the water should be no more than 1.5mg/L.            

(9). Chloride ion content of the water should be no more than 400mg/L.

(10). Water yield of water source should ensure the requirements of pump continuous working.

6. Structure explanation of submersble water pump

1.Submersible electric pump is composed of five parts: water pump,submersible motor,water line,waterproof cable and control switch. Water pump belongs to single suction multistage vertical centrifugal pump.

2.Submersible motor adopts water-filled wet structure,internal chamber was filled with water for cooling the motor and lubricating the bearing.In the operation,due to the changes of temperature,the pressure of the filled water in the internal chamber also changes,it can be automatically regulated by pressure-regulating unit in the lower part of motor.

3.For preventing the sand getting into the motor,the sand-preventing unit including sand slinger and skeleton oil-sealed was installed in the upper part of motor,the whole motor was sealed tightly.

4.There are water injection hole and exhaust hole in the upper part of the motor and discharge hole in the lower part.

5.There are thrust bearing and thrust collar,mainly for sustaining remnant axial force of pump and the empty weight of motor's rotor.

6.The winding of motor stator adopts water-proof electromagnetic wire with good insulating and water-proof functions and rotor adopts squirrel-cage structure.

7.When used in the environment where there are large grittiness or corrosive water,it should adopt the submersible pump made from casting stainless steel or copper alloy.

Q:Hello, I have a 1996 Cavalier and it's got a small coolant leak by the water pump so I figured I'd replace it. I called around a little bit and one quote was $250. I'm sord of handy and have a few hours on Saturday is it that hard? I heard it's just a few bolts? Thanks!!
The water pump on that vehicle is a ob-centric style that you rotate to create belt tension. This is a bit tricky and some people have broken the pump trying to tighten the belt so be careful. Look at the replacement pump carefully before you attempt to change it, this will give you clues as to how it works.
Q:I have been quoted $600 to have a a water pump placed on my 2003 saturn vue. Also, another $300 if a thermostat is also needed. I cannot afford this at this time. Additionally, I have had problems with the car without reason all of a sudden not starting. Then, when I get the car to the mechanic it starts. It drives me nuts. Do I need to have the fuel pumps replaced? Do I need to replace both fuel pumps or just one, and which one?
i doubt that your car has 2 fuel pumps but before you replace the pump have it tested first ! besides the pump it could be something else like the pump relay or the fuse ! not starting could even be a clogged fuel filter ! getting back to the thermostat and water pump ! yes you can change them if you have the right tools and your mechanically inclined !
Q:We had a leak in our car and took it to get checked out. They said it is the water pump. Also that it would be around $650 to replace. I know nothing about cars. Q:My 2000 Chevy Cavalier (2.4L) has been overheating pretty majorly (within a 10 minute drive!) when it's been super cold out, about 5F. I took it to the shop and they told me it was my water pump. Right after getting out of the shop, the problem went away for an entire week and the car's temperature has been at exactly what it's been for years - never past 195. It seems to be back now, though not as severe. When the water pump goes you usually see obvious signs of leakage and a grinding metallic sound coming from it as well. Plus they usually go pretty fast, within a day or 2 of symptoms presenting, and then coolant is often gushing out. The thermostat is the more likely culprit. The thermostats on the '00-'02 Cavs are pretty bad. I've replaced (2) of them in 6 years on my car. Take it to another shop and let them look at it, point out that you think it might be the thermostat or water pump but you're not sure, at least you will sound like you have a clue what the problem might be.

Drain coolant, would would desire to eliminate coolant reservoir,next pull belt tensoner back and eliminate belt remembering the way its routed. next eliminate the bolts on w-pump pulley eliminate outer ring of bolts on pump. sparkling gasket setting up new one ,.bleed air from equipment to pevent overheat.desire that's stable.
Q:I have a 1.5 horse Power Hit and Miss engine? Is it possible to buy a water pump I could run off of the hit and miss engine that would pump water from a river over a big hill and little ways and into a water tank or is this just a waste of time. How much water could I pump at a time? A trickle or a gush of water? When I say hill I don't mean like a little hill in your yard I mean a hill you have to hike up? If you don't know are there any resources I could access? Where could I buy such a pump if there is one?
A horse and a half won't do much. You would be better off with a hydraulic ram type pump if you can get about a 10 or 15 foot fall before the ram. It will pump about 4 or 5 times the height of the fall, but in small quantities. It will run 24/7 without gasoline, so it will fill a tank over a long period of time. The railroads used them during the steam era when they had huge water towers out on the plains.

Q:we changed the water pump in the car and now the horn sealtbelt light on the dash board and the speed aumator are not working what is the problem?
on some makes of cars there is a wire clip off the manifold that you would have to unclip to get the water pump out and when you reinstall it it is easily looked over to make sure the clips where put back in the right way or fully sitted go back over and i bet that is your problem
