- It's very possible, if the phone is still under warranty, they will replace it for you. My experience with apple, as I have 3 of their iOS devices a mac and tons of their accessories and software, is that they stand behind their products, and so far their tech support and customer service is the best I have ever come across. For example I was ordering a video adaptor I was told I needed, only to find out on delivery I did not need it at all, the rep did something wrong and it stayed on my credit card longer than those 10 business days I was toldWell that same day there was a neighbor getting evicted next door the racket went on for days and made this apple problem with refunding my account worse..I had a migraine that day LONG STORY SHORT , THEY SENT ME A NEW MOUSE AND KEYBOARD (LATEST) cuz I had mentioned those were some other things I'd be upgrading soonWELL I GOT THEM BOTH FOR FREE $107.00 freeI did not ask them for those at all, I was content to wait a few more unemployment checks and cash for my birthday to get thoseThey WOWED ME never even charged for shipping 2 days later my new mouse and keyboard were there, they said not to worry about returning the VIDEO ADAPTOR I did not need after all, and told be that sales person will be counseled and corrected by his supervisor to avoid unnecessary sale like that again!!! I will never forget that. I have never been treated so well by customer service anywhere in my life and I am almost 57 that's a lot of years :) If you get poor service ask the next rep to report it and they will.over the years with apple I have gotten a few poor reps, but it's so few compared to the rest of the service via apple it really doesn't bother me..but they listen to our complaints, seriously, of course they are not perfect, when so speak up.

- Yes. The first guy was a mistake, a sign of solidarity with his daughter Ivanka who thought he should go. The second guy made a critical error in design that cost the team the victory. I would have fired Frank the first week for poor management skills. I would have fired Carey the second week for producing a product to flatter his own ego. - Oh she is adorable :) I would say she could be 4,000 American dollars (not sure what that is in Australian money) depending on where you are and her bloodlines.
