You should just be able to see the sun through it. Tape it over a MAG LITE, so no visible light is shown. Turn on your digital camera in Manual mode or video mode set exposure for longest setting, either 4 seconds in camera mode, or EV +4 on vid mode. Go in a dark room, turn on maglite, and shine on wall. Notice how the camera can see the shine of the light but it is still dark in the room..

- Pros -None Cons -Everyone lacks diversity/individuality/self-expression -Forcing people (many with very little money) to buy expensive clothing in order to attend school I don't really think you save much money.. I have always bought regular clothes for a much better price than the standard school uniform, and they look and feel a hell of alot better. Looking online at a standard uniform school site I could buy a pack of 5 plain shirts for the price of one uniform shirt. If you shop at a cheap franchise store you can find really nice looking things for a real low price. If certain people are worried about their reputation based on the type of clothing they wear, that is a mental problem that needs to be attacked specifically, and does not require a demand for the whole school to wear uniforms. And gang violence would still be present, reguardless of the type of clothing. I also think it would actually take away the sense of community. Think of all the groups of people at school punks, goths, metalheads, geeks, preps they all obviously dress accordingly to their personalities. You wouln't want to force all those people to dress exactly the same.. would you?

- I've played safety for years and if anything you want to try to cut gear. Because your in the back you're usually the one delivering the hit rather than taking it. If you can get some QB shoulder pads. If anything wear gloves. It makes it alot easier to catch the ball especially if you're catching in wierd positions since the ball wont be coming to you and you'll be making running or jumping catches.

- It depends. Are you in the county or in the city? In either case you have to figure out what department that maintains your street, and petition them for a change. If it's a city you could speak with the mayor, in the county it would probably be the county judge or whoever is in charge of the road department. This is the way it works in AR, every state may be different, but I'd say find the department that is in charge of maintaining the street, and speak to the person in charge of that department. If they can't help you, they should at least be able to let you know how to proceed.

- When I'm going fast and don't want to slow down for the speed bump I either bunny hop it or if u' re not air-ready then simply stand up, lift the front wheel as u go over the bump (it can go from 1 inch off the ground to 1 foot) and it'll almost feel like doing a wheelie over the bump even tho you didn't.
