Principle of these garbage compression stations relies that the dumped loose garbage is pushed into storage after it is compressed into lump garbage( The push plate will back to the original place after the garbage is pushed out). And then, the dumped garbage will be compress into lump. After this two garbage lumps are completed, the push plate will push the two garbage lump into the waste compact truck. Comparing with the original transportation of loose garbage.

Attention:

1.Before operating the equipment, operator must read the specification wonderfully. After you are familiar with the operational steps, you can continue to operate the equipment.

2. Starting the total power source and the switch on the power switch on the operation floor by key. operator can continue to work after the hydraulic power pack is started 5mins.

3. Before the starting of equipment, firstly, you must check whether if each part oil cylinder is running flexibly and whether if operation buttons are flexible.

4. observe if the garbage in the compression station is almost smooth and whether if there exists foreign matter.

5.Before the dustbin is baked the hole ground, operator should clean the left garbage on protruding hole ground by water torch, which aims to prevent the dustbin from deforming caused by putting the dustbin on unfairness.

6.Considering the safety, operator should lift the dustbin in the max.height when you want to clean the garbage in the hole ground. And the, you must start the limit safety devices to fix the dustbin. It is used to prevent the dustbin from sliding.

7.After it is finished to work, firstly, operator must shut down the power source in the operating floor by key first and turn off the main power.

8.Sewage in the garbage sedimentation basin should be clean by sewage pump at regular interval. And the sludge in the garbage sedimentation basin should by clean at regular interval.

9. Operator should maintain the equipment seriously in line with the specification. If want to maintain and replace parts of the equipment, please contact us and our after-sale service department.

10. Operator should cut off the power source before maintain the equipment, which aims to prevent the worker form damage.
