Operation Procedure

Garbage collection and compression

The garbage collector or trolley is pushed from the top surface of the box to the feeding port and dumped into the garbage. At the same time, the spraying dust settling device starts to work. After the feeding is finished, the garbage collection truck leaves the feeding position. At this point, the compressed button can be operated to automatically compress the garbage, after several times pouring and compressing until the box is full of garbage, then ready to transfer.

Box Lifting

When the garbage vehicle transported in place, use lifting button to make the box steady rise, stop it until reach the unloading height, then command the garbage transport vehicle to the garbage station, arrived at the designated location; after that, operate the descending button, make the bottom plate of vehicle arrive to the floor to stop, and prepare to discharge.

Push the garbage block into the garbage truck

Make sure the garbage truck is in good alignment with the refuse bin first，open the discharge door button and open the discharge door, then Operate the material button to push the compressor forward and Push the compressed garbage into the bin.

Garbage transfer and garbage station back to place

   After the loaded garbage vehicle drive out of garbage station to the landfill , operate the unload door close button to close, make the station down to the original position, into the next cycle of operation
