1.Purpose
Double beam hanger gantry crane is designed and manufactured according to standard GB/T14406-93. The operation is divided into two kinds: ground control and driver control. The product has the advantages of simple structure, maintenance convenience, light weigh and so on.
2.Structural Style
Double beam hanger gantry crane’s gate structure is composed of two main beams, outrigger, upper end beam and lower end beam. The gate structure is divided into box, truss, box and truss mixed and other forms, it is welded by steel plate and steel section; The main beam, outrigger and the lower end beam are connected by bolts for storage and transportation easily.
Lifting mechanism
Trolley assembled by electric motor, reducer and reel as a lifting mechanism, It can run along the main beam.
3.Cart travelling mechanism
Cart travelling mechanism composed by electric motor, reducer and large wheel or composed by colloidal-pin gear speed reducer and large wheel.

Application Notice
After the crane is delivered, it should avoid twisting, bending and bruising when unloading and transporting, the product should be stored stable on tough floor to prevent the main beams sinking with the passing of time.
