a:introduction
As for design of thermal pipelines,designers will change the elevation and trends according to geographical environment and municipal layout,so that the thermal pipelines will be divided into pipe sections with different elevation,trends and straight line distance,relying on existing sleeve,bellow or door type compensation of straight pipes.Accordingly our company,borrowing recommendations of experts,has developed successfully ZXA type rotary compensators,which have been tested on pipelines successfully.
b:characteristic
Compared with general sleeve,bellow or door type compensators ,the product has the following characteristics
1. The compensators produces no thrust under internal pressure(or thrust from blind plate),so the rigid bearings on two ends of the compensator can be smaller
2. In order to prevent sleeve and bellow compensators from being damaged,Strict Calibration is provided in requirements of design and installation.Therefore,an additional guide bracket shall be added before each compensator.The compensator needs no calibration,so it is necessary to install additional guide bracket.
3. The compensator needs no thermal expansion for temperature preservation,so the thermal loss is lower.
4. The compensator adopts sealing materials the most advanced at home as well as logical structure of sealing surface so that the abrasion between sealing materials and sealing surface so that the abrasion between sealing materials and sealing surface is extremely smaller,which guarantees no leakage in a long time.
5. Packing ring and aligning beads for friction reduction are designed inside the rotary sleeve of the operation
6. The compensator has two basic combinations,tens of changes,and the capacity of compensation can reach 1800mm.and one compensator can replace a few sleeves or bellow expansion joints.
- Q: i just bought this suv and i new there were a few things that needed to be fixed. But i cant figure out why the power locks wont work right on the back passenger door and the back hatch they work fine but on both front doors you have to unlock them by hand and the back drivers side wont unlock at all dose anyone have any ideas on how i can figure out what the problem is?? your help is greatly appreciated
- The proper way to connect would be to use schedule 80 pipe and fittings, with blue or hot glue. When using threaded joints, Teflon tape is OK, but I also use a pipe joint compound( pipe dope). This will ensure that there are no leaks. You should also install a union somewhere close to this joint, that way, you can access into the pipe system, if you need to! Good luck to you!

- Within the AHU ther are whats called Dampers a device that is designed to stop the spread of fire normally on the air intake side of the ahu as opposed to the extract side of the system. The BMS is where the system programming is and there are many variations of different logics and situations. Simply you will have a smoke detector of some kind in the AHU, and when smoke is detected it sends a signal to the BMS and closes the Damper and / or the Air intake Fan. Probebly from the design of the system smoke detectors are placed in the higher risk places of the system. Hope this helps, I work on these systems all the time. Neil

If you look at some of your other answerers, they have told you that the water would turn to steam and dissipate into the atmosphere. This is of course true. If plain ordinary water was SEALED in a tank, where it could be HEATED fast to the required temperature to cause combustion, would it explode (combust) Answer Yes. What would actually happen is that the hydrogen would be fed by the oxygen. It would actually be the hydrogen that ignited, using the oxygen as an oxidiser. Whew I hope you understood all that!

- Q: My grandmother has a vcr that she had me take a look at and all it will do is take the tape in and then eject it right back out. What could be causing this and it is not the tape because we tried several tapes and they all did the same thing. - Try using copper pipe instead of PVC it will hold up better in the long run and if the PVC is running a span of over 4 ft then it gets very shaky. My best advice would be go gt your pipe and fittings, go for it.

- If the pipe or fitting is grey plastic with a silver metal band at the joint, then you are going to need either the special tool necessary to make the connections and the proper pipe and fittings, or see what is available in a compression type fitting that will adapt to the plastic and a more common type of material. If you could identify the kind of pipe that it is, I could be of more assistance to you.

- I am a fairly good 'home-defense' plumber and have redone both the supply and drain plumbing in two bathrooms in our present house - all code-compliant and properly inspected. The supply-side, using Pex shark-fittings from a good copper riser took me about 4 hours to do to have it make sense and getting valves where they should be and with good access. The drain side, using a hubless fitting to a good main riser then transitioning to PVC took an additional 4 hours, not including access, repair and clean-up. My plumber would have charged me $1,500 for the lot + supplies (he provided the inspection and checked my work) but I still would have had to do the repairs and clean-up. Given that I paid just over $300 for the supplies (shark fittings are not cheap), and with his mark-up, I am guessing about $2,000 would have covered that work. After access (most of the real work) the actual plumbing was remarkably simple and all with plenty of good clearance. The only tricky part was using the chain-breaker to insert the new Y-fitting into the main riser. Your mileage may vary.
