a:introduction
As for design of thermal pipelines,designers will change the elevation and trends according to geographical environment and municipal layout,so that the thermal pipelines will be divided into pipe sections with different elevation,trends and straight line distance,relying on existing sleeve,bellow or door type compensation of straight pipes.Accordingly our company,borrowing recommendations of experts,has developed successfully ZXA type rotary compensators,which have been tested on pipelines successfully.

Compared with general sleeve,bellow or door type compensators ,the product has the following characteristics
1. The compensators produces no thrust under internal pressure(or thrust from blind plate),so the rigid bearings on two ends of the compensator can be smaller
2. In order to prevent sleeve and bellow compensators from being damaged,Strict Calibration is provided in requirements of design and installation.Therefore,an additional guide bracket shall be added before each compensator.The compensator needs no calibration,so it is necessary to install additional guide bracket.
3. The compensator needs no thermal expansion for temperature preservation,so the thermal loss is lower.
4. The compensator adopts sealing materials the most advanced at home as well as logical structure of sealing surface so that the abrasion between sealing materials and sealing surface so that the abrasion between sealing materials and sealing surface is extremely smaller,which guarantees no leakage in a long time.
5. Packing ring and aligning beads for friction reduction are designed inside the rotary sleeve of the operation
6. The compensator has two basic combinations,tens of changes,and the capacity of compensation can reach 1800mm.and one compensator can replace a few sleeves or bellow expansion joints.

- As others have said, if it's large (maybe larger than your fist), it would be best to get a sizeable piece of sheetrock. If it's smaller than that, use joint compound. Don't use spackle as it will tend to dry and eventually will most likely leave cracks weeks or months down the road. Get a wide putty knife (at least 3) to spread the joint compound. Just buy the prepared compound and skip the powder + water stuff. Get a decent brand and you may want to look at picking up a few sheet rock screws if you need a large piece so you can hopefully hit a nearby stud in the wall. One point here is that you want to sink the screw at just the right depth. Too far will start to crush the sheet rock and take more compound to smooth over. Too shallow will leave the screw head showing. I have a Dremel and the sheetrock cutting tool bit makes nice smooth cuts but if you take your time, you may be able to use a sheetrock hand saw to make a good opening. Take your time and be sure to use a replacement piece a bit larger than the opening. You can always shave off material from the replacement piece. You can dry sand (at least 200 grit sandpaper) or wet sand. I prefer dry sanding but that's your call. You'll most likely need to compound the dips two or three times if you want it very smooth. It's not easy to make it perfectly smooth but the wider the knife, the slightly easier it'll be. There are lots of do it yourself sites and they will explain better how to do it step by step. Take your time and don't feel rushed. The second link has a little trick if it's an in between sized hole but how cheesey you want to get is up to you.

- dont use poly pipe for mainline. it will leak on you. soon and it sucks really i have seen what happens. i repair sprinkler systems for aliving. use a 1in mainline PVC pipe and lateral lines then use 1.5 inch poly pipe for the heads. no more than 2 per poly pipe. dont listen to those online designs. a professionally installed system will not include poly pipe for mainline. it just will not work properly. edit you didnt say main line or lateral line you just said poly and supply line. supply line could be your houses water line. either way the 1in and 3/4 in poly lines are crap. seen it fail. many times. just trying to help you out. for residential the best way to do it is with a 1in main line and lateral lines and use 1/2 in poly pipe no more than 2 heads to three heads max per poly line. average 5-6 rotors per zone and 8 misters per zone. maybe 10 at most.

Since there is no acceleration going on, the two frames are equivalent. The speed of the car as measured by a ground observer is the same as the speed of the ground as measured by the driver. Has to be - both frames are inertial and neither frame is the master reference. So, if the ground observer sees the car pass at .8c, then the driver sees the earth pass at .8c. They will both see time and length differently in the opposite frame than the other observer, but they will both see the opposite frame passing at .8c. The speedometer is just the way that the driver measures the speed of the passing earth. It should read .8c. I think that's right.

- Follow that pipe up to the cylinder heads. You'll need to remove the fittings and plug each port. I'd leave enough piping on the fittings to be able to weld them shut and reuse them as plugs.

- You can use the adapter at the dryer or on the wallone way it's a reducer from your dryer where you hose is a 3 hose. or it's a reducer at the end of 4 hose to fit the 3 wall mount. Either way it will be OK.

- An apple is a good one.. another would be to dig around in the steel fittings at the local hardware store and find some that can thread together. Clean plain steel is pretty safe, as should be stainless steel. Stay away from aluminum or nickel plate if you're worried about toxins. I can't speak on the toxicity of copper but I know that it has a low melting point in comparison to steel or stainless steel. If you have a drill press, you can take a clean section of 1 dowel (or whatever size you choose, could substitute a dry alder, poplar, or fir branch for that matter) and drill the center out with like a 1/4 drill bit and then drill a bowl out of the side, connecting that hole with the hole you drilled through the center of the dowel. I've used all of the above; just be creative. Apples make a fine disposable pipe and an apple is a better food choice than most if you get the munchies.
