Application of PE500×750 Jaw crusher
This series of jaw crusher can reach the crushing ratio of 4-6 and the shape of final product is even. They are widely applied to crush high hardness, mid hardness and soft rocks and ores such as slags, construction materials, marble, etc. The pressure resistance strength is under 200Mpa, that is, suitable for primary crush.They can be used in mining, metallurgical industry, construction, road and railwaybuilding, conversancy, chemistry, etc.
Working Principle of PE500×750 Jaw crusher
This series jaw crusher adopts electric motor as the power, and the eccentric shaft is revolved by an electric motor through v-belts. It causes the swing jaw to follow the pre concerted path and crush the in-fed materials, and then the materials will be crushed in the crushing chamber which is composed of the stationary jaw plate, swing jaw plate and the liner plate. Finally the finished materials are discharged from the lower part of machine.
Please carefully examine the fasteners, especially the lubrication components and bolts before starting the machine. Enough oil is needed on each lubrication component. Fasten the loose bolts, clean the crushing cavity, and then start the machine. Insufficient load or over load is not allowed. Moving jaw plate, fixed jaw plate, side guard plate and roof plate are wearing parts, and much attention should be paid to them.

- Skullcandy does have a lot of bass, so do some of the Altec Lansing ones. Personally, I use full-size studio headphones (Audio-Technica M50) so I can get real bass. And when you wear full size headphones outside, everyone thinks you're a dj.

- You could design a pulley that lifts up a 50lb plate (the things they put on dung bells), and have it fall on a soda can. If you can't find a 50 lb plate, just use something else that's heavy, like a rock or Anvil-like object. Oh yeah, it's also a good idea to place the cans on a firm and strong surface, otherwise you could damage a perfectly good carpet or wooden floor ;-)

- yeah i like the workout.. but i would opt to do more tricep training instead of the extra bicep exercise because triceps make up most of the arm and i would be carefull with skull crushers.. replace them with rope pull down skull crushers can ruin the elbow...
