Working Principle of PE500×750 Jaw crusher
The motor transmits through belt,driving the moving jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft.The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases when mobile jaw moves.So the mobile jaw moves towards the fixed jaw.The stuff will be crushed in this process.The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down,the moving jaw moves leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring,the final crushed stuff will be discharged from the outlet

- Q:I think this should be mandatory. To me, it's a health and safety issue. Not just for customers, but employees as well. I realize some germs and bacteria are killed off during cooking, but how muchis my question. Whenever I see food handlers at fast food places touching hamburger buns and toppings with their bare hands, I get queasy just looking at them. This is why I rarely eat out anymore. - Grate bars should be arranged along the direction of material movement, almost the same as the tangent speed. At the same time, the gap between the grate bars should be extended gradually from outside the grate so that the broken product can be discharged as soon as possible without blocking the grate bar. The grate bar can allow up to 30% of the mine humidity, while the ordinary grate bar only allows the maximum moisture content of the ore to not exceed 15%.

- depends what your trained with. I've done training with a knife but still more likely to end up cutting myself so i'd go with the bonecrusher personally

- They are the same thing. I've worked with different trainers, who have referred to it as both. There are a few other names for it too.

- Hey Nick I don't quite understand your question, how do we keep track of each truck? We count them, we scale them, the type of material they are loaded with and the amount. Depending on the size of the truck it will dictate how much material is loaded into it. For most semi tractor-trailers it would be about 10-15 tons, about 20-30 thousand pounds. For a tandem dump truck half the amount, 5-6 tons 10-15 thousand pounds. Now each truck that comes through, their license plate numbers and the weight of their trucks are log in and when they go out the truck is weighed again and the two amounts are sub-tracked to get the amount of material that is in the truck, the amount is log and the driver or company is charged accordingly. We also do this for trucks that are dumping demo or dirt materials that has been removed from a work site, the only thing is some places don't have scales for when the trucks come to dispose back fill, but the trucks are still counted and charged by the loads for each load that is dumped. These are the easiest ways that we have found to keep track of the trucks and the materials they haul.... I hope this is what you were looking for.... Take care and Keep the Faith....PEACE....cya....

- Yes get the sony mdr x10 headphones. They sound pretty good from what I heard. Any sony headphones sound really good.
