Application of PEX250×1000 Jaw crusher
This series of jaw crusher can reach the crushing ratio of 4-6 and the shape of final product is even. They are widely applied to crush high hardness, mid hardness and soft rocks and ores such as slags, construction materials, marble, etc. The pressure resistance strength is under 200Mpa, that is, suitable for primary crush.They can be used in mining, metallurgical industry, construction, road and railwaybuilding, conversancy, chemistry, etc.
Working Principle of PEX250×1000 Jaw crusher
This series jaw crusher adopts electric motor as the power, and the eccentric shaft is revolved by an electric motor through v-belts. It causes the swing jaw to follow the pre concerted path and crush the in-fed materials, and then the materials will be crushed in the crushing chamber which is composed of the stationary jaw plate, swing jaw plate and the liner plate. Finally the finished materials are discharged from the lower part of machine.
Please carefully examine the fasteners, especially the lubrication components and bolts before starting the machine. Enough oil is needed on each lubrication component. Fasten the loose bolts, clean the crushing cavity, and then start the machine. Insufficient load or over load is not allowed. Moving jaw plate, fixed jaw plate, side guard plate and roof plate are wearing parts, and much attention should be paid to them.

- MOST grape crushers would probably kill you if you managed to fall into one. There are a few that use an air bag to gently press the grapes (made for extremely high-end wines), however, it is likely that you would suffocate if you fell into one of those. The hardest part would be to fall into the crusher, as the entrance is really quite small. One would have to first fall into the destemmer, (a long, open topped rectangular steel box with an auger running lengthwise through it that takes off the stems and partially crushes the grapes) although I am sure the destemmer would make short work of a human body.

- No Even a casual crush makes a can unreadable to the automatic machines used in Michigan. Crushing them means you won't get your dime. Even peeling the labels off the bottles means you won't get paid there.
