Application of PEX250×1000 Jaw crusher
This series of jaw crusher can reach the crushing ratio of 4-6 and the shape of final product is even. They are widely applied to crush high hardness, mid hardness and soft rocks and ores such as slags, construction materials, marble, etc. The pressure resistance strength is under 200Mpa, that is, suitable for primary crush.They can be used in mining, metallurgical industry, construction, road and railwaybuilding, conversancy, chemistry, etc.
Working Principle of PEX250×1000 Jaw crusher
This series jaw crusher adopts electric motor as the power, and the eccentric shaft is revolved by an electric motor through v-belts. It causes the swing jaw to follow the pre concerted path and crush the in-fed materials, and then the materials will be crushed in the crushing chamber which is composed of the stationary jaw plate, swing jaw plate and the liner plate. Finally the finished materials are discharged from the lower part of machine.
Please carefully examine the fasteners, especially the lubrication components and bolts before starting the machine. Enough oil is needed on each lubrication component. Fasten the loose bolts, clean the crushing cavity, and then start the machine. Insufficient load or over load is not allowed. Moving jaw plate, fixed jaw plate, side guard plate and roof plate are wearing parts, and much attention should be paid to them.

I do this on a board on our kitchen counter, but my dad is concerned that hitting the almonds on the board like that will make cracks on the counter and mess up the grout. - put the almonds in a plastic bag that seals, and make sure the air is out, then lay the bag on a cutting board and hit with the mallet, do this on the table or floor, rather than the counter top, and there won't be a mess, because the almonds will stay in the bag..and it doesn't take that hard of a hit to crush them..k? you can also throw them in a blender and crush them

- simple enough to make one out of some 2x4 stock and a hinge id probably get a 3 foot piece of 2x10 so it would be nice and stable put the 2x4 on top( same length) and install a nice heavy duty hinge. use carriage bolts to secure it so it wont pull out and place the can under it. close to the hinge and stand on the end of the 2x4 ,,,,,,,crush away . basically your copying the small ones design and enlarging it .
