Working Principle and Main Structure

1.Working principle of packing

Robot grappling fixture grabs the bottles from the bottle conveyor, then the grappling fixture moves upwards above the bottle conveyor, grappling fixture moves upwards above the box conveying device, and then the bottles move downward into the box.

2. Main structure

a. Box Conveying Device

The device conveys the boxes with hinge type flattop chain which is connected directly with the reducer to drive running of flattop chain. Its function is to put empty boxes into the machine, after loading the bottles, then output the boxes from the machine. According to the numbers of encasement, then to convey the empty boxes into the machine in groups, the empty boxes will be stopped in the loading position to wait for loading bottles, the boxes with bottles will be delivered out from machine rapidly. The stop time for loading bottles and the entire work processes are controlled by start, stop and change speed of the PLC motor.

b. Grabbing Bottle Device

Grabbing bottle device is adopted pneumatic grappling fixture with compressed air (0.20 ~ 0.25Mpa). The inflatable grappling fixture capsule is transshaped to grab this bottle, and after exhausting, the grappling fixture capsule recovers, then to release the bottles; grappling fixture's inflatable device and exhausting device is controlled by a three-way magnetic valve. The components of grappling fixture is taken special wedge-shaped structure and with the use of compression springs, when encountered unusual circumstances, the efforts will raise the grappling fixture, in this way when the grappling fixture is not aligning to grab bottles or the grappling fixture with bottles is not aligning to the boxes, it will not damage the bottles, boxes and machines. Another feature of grappling fixture is the use of aluminium structures with light weight and high strength.
