Solar Power Bank 5000mAh Waterproof for Mobile Phone and Tablet

Q:I have tried to open a savings account for my son while he is away, but the bank says they can't help if he is mentally ill when signing power of attorney. What to do?
If a person is not mentally competent, he/she cannot legally execute a valid POA. You would need to establish a conservatorship. See an attorney.
Q:I have spent the last three hours searching the internet for an answer to my essay topic, Discuss the arguments of Jefferson and Hamilton for and against the constitutionality of the Bank of the United States. So far I have only found that their view on the interpretation of the constitution was different, but I can not figure out where in the constitution, the bank would be illegal. Please help if you can. Thanks!
You answered your own question. The bank is not mentioned in the Constitution, so then why would the government think it has the power to create one? The Constitution lays out exactly what Congress has the power to pass laws regarding, and what powers it has, while it does not mention anything about a bank.
Q:i have PQI 12000 power bank that support 2A charge speed and a 550 mah wall charger can i charge the power bank on this charger ?or is it dangerous ?if it just time i don t care :Dand another question can i charge my phone (Galaxy Ace 3 1500 mah battery on 2A charger) ?
First, you should know that ONLY BATTERIES have mAh ratings. The h means hour. Chargers have only mA or A ratings. No h. Ever. Since 550 mA is only a little more than 25% of 2 A (2000 mA), there should be no problems. Phones have charge controllers in them, so that should work, too.
Q:I am doing a project for econ where I have to interview a bank. The thing is I don't know what to ask. Please help
Do you want positive Questions or Negative questions? Example-- Pos: When was your bank first established and who started it? -How many customers do you have? -How many assets do you manage? (Value of accounts, Value of loans, Value of investments) -What kind of technology do you employ to power your bank -How many employees do you have -How would a person best start a career at your bank -Do you like what you do? What is the average day like of a (teller, bank manager, loan officer, etc) Neg: Did your bank take a bailout and why? -Why do you use other people's money for making more money, but then charge them to use their own money if they don't have enough to meet requirements. Example: I loan the bank $500 in the form of a savings acount, they charge me $10 a month because I didn't loan them $1500) Edit: I think you should re-ask this question and say: If you could ask a bank 1 question, what would it be. Then in your description explain the types of questions you are looking for. A list of 10 is a lot of ask in a questionbut if you got 10 answers, you'd have 10 questions.
Q:I owed the bank some money and I tried too direct deposit my tax return into my mothers account. I then found out the back took that money and paid the money back that I owed them. Is that legal?
The lessons learned are clear, never trust or use a bank; the range of damages they bring and the powers for them to do it are only increasing. You need to open an account with a credit union.
Q:I read that there is a World Bank out of Europe that controls the flow of real money and procedures to smaller national banks in the U.S. even small city banks and regional banks are controlled by the World Bank? They have the ultimate power for most countries banks. Is this true?
The World Bank provides financing and advice to countries for the purposes of economic development and international investment. It focuses on developing nations, so it doesn't have much of an impact on the business of banking in the United States. I suspect you may be referring the the Bank for International Settlement (often called the BIS) and/or the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision. Based in Switzerland, the BIS kind of acts as a bank cooperative for central banks, allowing central banks in different countries to transfer money to one another. The BIS hosts and sponsors the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision. The Basel Committee is comprised of representatives of the central banks of the Group of Ten (G10) nations. So, for example, the United States is represented by someone from the Federal Reserve Board. The Basel Committee establishes policies and standards for banks, primarily with respect to capital standards and leverage (i.e., how much risk can a bank take?). The goal is a financially stable international banking system with consistent standards from country to country--it doesn't do anyone any good if banks are failing everywhere. The Basel Committee does not, however, have any legal supervisory or enforcement authority. It's up to the individual countries to pass their own laws regarding bank supervision, and they are free to agree or disagree with the standards suggested by the BIS. But if the representative from the US Federal Reserve participates in and agrees with the Basel Committee, it stands to reason that the Federal Reserve will likely implement the Committee's standards in the United States. So, in this sense, a committee of bankers in Europe does have an indirect effect on the way the banks in the US operate. But ultimately, the flow of money and regulation of banks lies with the banks and their national governments.
Q:I have power of attorney that a friend gave me. I'd like to know, if he has bank books that have his name in them and in trust for someone, would would get to have access to the money; power of attorney or in trust for?
a power of attorney has limits, all depends what you have power of attorney over. some power of attorney papers allow you to have financial access, can make medical decisions, there may be only specific things the power of attorney applies to. read it and see what it says.
Q:can anyone help me? my family has had identity theft from our own bank! they opened up a high yield trust account without our permission (since we already have an account with them, they had access to all our pertinent info - ssn, driver's license number, address, accounts), and we didn't know until we got a letter from them asking for our signatures. we found out that the person who did this has been doing so for a long time, and has been dealt with, but have had to purchase idenitity theft insurance (which is no cheap thing!) for all members of our family as a result. they had no apologies, no sympathy for what they had done. when we went to the bank, they were merely apathetic to the entire situation.what can be done for us? who can i file complaints/charges with? will this affect my credit? overall, this is a scary thing to consider, when your bank who has all your info can use it to their means and advantagethanks for reading
Contact your state Banking Examiners office. Wells Fargo has serious problems with identity theft in its employees. I have been a victim and I was a direct deposit customer and they took over $3,000.00 from me and I was told that I could not be refunded the amount stolen. The bank examiner has the power to shut Wells Fargo down if they opened an account improperly without signatures or complete documentation.
Q:I recently had to open a checkings account because my boyfriend wanted to send money to help my mom out with car payments.I'm worried that I won't be able to get as much financial aid as I need if the FAFSA site see's this amount of money in my bank account, because it's not really my money,it's for my mom.So should I just take out all of it or what?
They do not look into your bank account. They base your financial need solely on you or your parents tax information. You need not take all your money out of your bank. Just apply and if you (If you#x27;re an independent student, meaning over 23 regardless if you live at home still) or your parents make less than about 30,000#x2F;yr., will get financial aid. :-)
Q:If I want 2 use my bank card 4 credit rather than debit do I still need 2 have the amount in my checking account? I've never done it b/4 and the powers out at my apt, its sunday and I need a hotel room.ty
yes you must have the money in your account. With debit cards because of holds and actual transactions you should have 2 times the amount needed in your account to be safe from fees for over drafting. Big deal the power is out-make due what is so important really to spend money for a night of no power.
