(1) Can you offer the test report of the module?

     Sure. All the solar modules must pass necessary tests including EL test and ultra-red test and other visual test of the apperance, and the test report presents all the detailed data of the modules.

(2) How  to confirm about the quantity and the type of solar module?

I did the same thing recently, if you'd really like some free ones then you need to look for those little solar powered lamps that people put in their yards, theyre about 0 inches tall and people sometimes line the paths through their yard with them. Maybe you can find a neighbor who doesn't want theirs anymore, or you could check local dumps for them. They each have a solar panel in the top, and they can be linked together to make more power. Alternatively, you can look on OKorder for a pack of broken solar cells, which still work fine but don't put out quite as much power as they did when they were new. However, they are very cheap. What you want to do is try out your setup first, with just one battery, and the panels provided. If this is one of those 45 watt kits, you may be surprised at how little energy you actually get from the panels. Increasing the number of batteries won't help, either - that's like getting a larger water tank, when you only have a trickle to fill it. If your goal is really to save money, the most cost-effective solar is the grid-tied type, with no batteries at all. That's what we have, and I've never regretted it.

The idea is to hand assemble scrap solar cells that would otherwise be thrown out. At one point in time, very few people would want to do this so you could get the broken solar cells for free but now they sell them by the watt. It's still cheaper than a pre-fabricated solar panel but it's very labour intensive. Technically it's like wiring a bunch of batteries together, you measure the voltage and current a broken cell produces and decide whether or not to wire it in series or in parallel with other cells to get the performance characteristics that you want plus try to fit them onto some kind of structural panel in a fashion that uses the space efficiently. Since your handiwork is likely to be fragile, you'll probably have to put some plate glass on top to protect the cells from the elements, you can also improve performance by positioning fresnel lenses to increase the amount of light on active elements versus inactive areas of the panel.

How to tie small solar panel system into my house's electircal system? It's very complicated. Just for starters, if you plugged your solar panel into your electrical outlet, you would probably see smoke and fire, not electricity. Of course anything CAN be done. But this one is truly unfeasible at the consumer level. The only way to send power back into a live system is to synchronize the phase voltages. In your case you would require the solar panels, a battery backup system, a voltage inverter and some type of industrial synchronizer (probably a generator) so you could sync your inverter output to the utilities output. Solar is still more of a standby or supplemental type power at this time. The easiest way is to supplement your hot water by using solar panels to heat water rather than create electricity. If money was not much of an option then you could theoretically run your whole house without the need for any synchronization but have a gasoline or diesel generator to keep your battery pack topped up when needed.

On commercial buildings where the panels are flat, they have a person with a mop regularly clean them, and that person walks right on the panels. A car might crack the glass, but that could be solved by simply using stronger glass. The problem of putting a panel right in the roadway would mainly be that the cars passing over it shadow the panel constantly. On a rooftop installation, installers try to avoid even a tiny shadow from a vent pipe or overhead wire, as this has a larger effect than might be supposed. Also, road grime would quickly accumulate on the panel and reduce its efficiency. Glass would be slippery as a road surface, but that problem could be solved. Metal is slippery, too, but they make bridges out of it. EDIT: To clarify, I meant serious solar panels in the first paragraph. The hobby type that they sell at Radio Shack or Harbor Freight are fragile.
