Solar Monocrystalline Series Panels

Solar panel refers either to a photovoltaic (PV) module, a solar hot water panel, or to a set of solar photovoltaic modules electrically connected and mounted on a supporting structure. A PV module is a packaged, connected assembly of solar cells. Solar panels can be used as a component of a larger photovoltaic system to generate and supply electricity in commercial and residential applications. Each module is rated by its DC output power under standard test conditions, and typically ranges from 100 to 320 watts. The efficiency of a module determines the area of a module given the same rated output – an 8% efficient 230 watt module will have twice the area of a 16% efficient 230 watt module. There are a few solar panels available that are exceeding 19% efficiency. A single solar module can produce only a limited amount of power; most installations contain multiple modules. A photovoltaic system typically includes a panel or an array of solar modules, an inverter, and sometimes a battery and/or solar tracker and interconnection wiring.

Solar modules use light energy (photons) from the sun to generate electricity through the photovoltaic effect. The majority of modules use wafer-based crystalline silicon cells or thin-film cells based on cadmium telluride or silicon. The structural (load carrying) member of a module can either be the top layer or the back layer. Cells must also be protected from mechanical damage and moisture. Most solar modules are rigid, but semi-flexible ones are available, based on thin-film cells.

Introduction of Solar Monocrystalline Series Panels

CNBM Solar photovoltaic (PV) Panel is designed for large electrical power requirements. It is the optimal choice for both on-grid and off-grid power systems. CNBM Solar panel offers high performance of power per square foot of solar array. Monocrystalline silicon(c-Si): often made using the Czochralski process. Single-crystal wafer cells tend to be expensive, and because they are cut from cylindrical ingots, do not completely cover a square solar cell module without a substantial waste of refined silicon. Hence most c-Si panels have uncovered gaps at the four corners of the cells.

Characteristics of Solar Monocrystalline Series Panels

I Solar Cell : High efficiency crystalline solar cell. Even if under the weak light, the solar module can produce maximum power output.

II Tempered glass (toughened glass): Anti-reflecting coating and high transmission rate glass increase the power output and mechanical strength of solar module.

III EVA and TPT: Using high quality EVA and TPT to prevent destroying and water.

IV AI frame: Without screw, corner connection. 6 holes on the frame can be installed easily.

V Junction box: Multi function junction box with water proof.

FAQ

We have organized several common questions for our clientsmay help you sincerely

1Q:How long does the product can service?

A:It can serice above ten years.

2.      Can you tell me the parameter of your solar panels?

We have different series of cells with different power output, both from c-si to a-si. Please take our specification sheet for your reference.

3.     How do you pack your products?

We have rich experience on how to pack the panels to make sure the safety on shipment when it arrives at the destination.

Q:I been considering to get a solar panel system but I don't know if I'm going cut my electric bill every month , It's a lot of money to spend and I'm not really sure
I'm waiting for the gov't to do right thing and subsidize my purchase!
Q:I know that if I put solar panels in my home I will get 30% back from the govt. Does that mean if I pay 2K I will get back around a 3K check? Or will my income play a roll where I may not get back as much?
It's not your income, but the tax you pay. This is a NON refundable credit. You won't see a difference unless you actually owe tax. If you are retired and living on social security and savings, you don't pay tax, so you'd get $0 from the solar panels. If you are married, have a bunch of kids and get a refund of all money withheld anyway, you'd get $0 from the solar panels. If you currently average, say $200 in actual income tax, your $2,000 investment would create a $3600 tax credit, but you'd only get back $200 the first year. (This would reduce the tax bill, increasing any refund of money already withheld to pay that tax bill.) The remaining amount would carry forward to 202. You can keep carrying it forward as long as the credit is available (I think that's currently 206). Get your 200 return out and get form 5695 and run the numbers. Edit, ignore TRO. She doesn't keep up with tax law changes. BOTH the residential and solar credits exist in 20. The Residential credit now limited to $500.
Q:How do solar panels affect the aesthetics of a building?
Solar panels can have both positive and negative effects on the aesthetics of a building. On one hand, solar panels can enhance the visual appeal of a structure, adding a modern and sustainable element to its design. They can be integrated seamlessly into the architecture, creating a sleek and futuristic look. On the other hand, some people may find solar panels visually unappealing, especially if they are not well-integrated or if they cover a significant portion of the building's surface. Ultimately, the overall impact on aesthetics depends on the design, placement, and integration of the solar panels.
Q:Can solar panels be used in areas with high levels of lightning activity?
Yes, solar panels can be used in areas with high levels of lightning activity. However, it is important to ensure that the solar panel system is properly grounded and equipped with surge protection devices to mitigate the risk of damage from lightning strikes.
Q:Can solar panels be installed on a greenhouse?
Yes, solar panels can be installed on a greenhouse. In fact, it is a popular practice to install solar panels on greenhouses as it allows for sustainable energy production while utilizing the available rooftop space. The solar panels can help power the greenhouse's electrical systems, such as ventilation, lighting, and irrigation, reducing reliance on external energy sources. Additionally, the panels can provide shade and protection to the greenhouse, helping to regulate temperature and improve overall energy efficiency.
Q:I am interested in solar energy, but am not sure how eficiant it would be in the northwest? Any comments would be apriciated.
Are solar panels a good thing to do for the environment? - Yes. Can you recoup the cost your investment in the solar cells/panels in any reasonable amount of time in Seattle? - most likely - not. I know it's been a miserable spring in Seattle, but, I think we got 3 sunny days last month. With the number of cloudy/rainy days here, solar will only really benefit you in June, July, August and September. There are two kinds of solar panels - electric or water based. The electrics - photovoltaics - are costly to purchase and it's difficult to store the electricity once you make it. A water heater type solar panel initially cost less and can provide some benefit even on partly cloudy days. I have even seen instructions on how to build your own (if you are frugal and handy) I just do not think it's worthwhile in Seattle - if it was Denver or Phoenix we were talking about - then it would be a different story.
Q:Can anyone give me some info on how to figure how many panels needed for a 0 volt 2 amp pool motor. Thanks/ Run 5 hours a day
I don't think heating a 70,000 gallon pool with solar panels is practical. My husband has designed and built our solar hot water system. It works quite well. We live in Arizona. There's no way we could heat that much water using sun energy. You have to heat the water and compete with the outside air.
Q:Can solar panels be installed on shopping malls or retail centers?
Yes, solar panels can be installed on shopping malls or retail centers. In fact, many commercial buildings are increasingly adopting solar energy systems to reduce their carbon footprint and save on electricity costs. Installing solar panels on shopping malls or retail centers can provide a sustainable and renewable energy source, contributing to their overall green initiatives.
Q:What are the maintenance requirements for solar panels?
The maintenance requirements for solar panels typically include regular cleaning to remove dirt and debris, checking for any damage or wear, ensuring proper electrical connections, and monitoring the performance of the panels. Additionally, it may be necessary to trim nearby trees or vegetation that could block sunlight and reduce the efficiency of the panels. Overall, proper maintenance helps to maximize the lifespan and efficiency of solar panels.
Q:Would it be possible to use a lens or a mirror to focus light onto a solar panel in order to make in more efficient? And is something like this already being used? It was just a thought and I haven't spent much time on it, but I figured I'd ask.
yes it is being done. i've seen adds for such a system. on the other hand, if you had a 5 sq in Lens focused on a small cell, and a 5 sq in cell, they'd be about the same. in fact, the cell might be a bit better because (A) there wouldn't be any loss in the Lens, and (B) it might be that the solar cell would use some frequencies to which the Lens was opaque. in addition, the cost of solar cells is dropping, making the cost of the mirrors or lenses uneconomical by comparison.
