Q: I received my log book for an excavator driver. I am planning on going to australia in search of work. Would anybody employ me as i only have a log book or would i even get in with this. The log book has to be filled up for 6 months before i do the test and get the full cert. Any help would b great. Also is anybody else in the same boat as me. Im from ireland. Would this qualify me for any visa
If you're aged between 18 and 30, you are eligible for a 12 month Working Holiday visa, which can be extended to 24 months if you do 88 days of rural type work during your first 12 months. When you arrive in Australia, you will be required to have access to around AUD$5000 in cash, travellers cheques, bank account, credit card or a combination of those, to cover initial living expenses and you must also have either a return/onward air ticket or enough extra to buy one. www.immi .au/visitors/working-... At the end of your WHV, you will have to leave Australia. Excavator Driver (or Heavy Equipment Operator or similar) is not on any of the lists of occupations that are eligible for work visas and your occupation must be listed before an employer can sponsor you for one. If you're not eligible for a WHV, you're wasting your time coming as you will not be allowed to work. On a WHV, you are only allowed to work for each employer for up to 6 months which can make it difficult to get anything other than casual work. I don't know what's involved in getting a log book, but if it means that you don't actually have any experience or certification, that would make it even more difficult to find heavy equipment driving work on a WHV.
Q: I am looking to buy a semi-inground pool and I live in northwest Indiana. Anybody that has some prior experience with places in the area, please share? And if you had to use an excavator please share the experience of them as well. Thanks in advance.
I have owned one of these pools. 3' above the ground at the shallow end and dug out to 7' at the deep end. If you have never installed a pool before, I would not advise doing this yourself. I paid about $9000 a number of years ago for the pool and installation. They also had to remove a large tree stump in the area. All you can do is get bids and make sure they are using the same quality materials, especially the liner.
Q: 1: Which of the following is the number of grams in 5.8 kilograms?2: How do you find the volume and surface area of a triangular prism?3: The city of Rubberville plans to dig a rectangular landfill. The landfill will have a base with dimensions 700 ft by 200 ft and a depth of 85 ft. a. How many cubic feet of garbage will the landfill hold?b. What information would you need to determine how long the landfill can be used until it is full? (Don't really need to answer...this is easy.)c. An excavator was hired to dig the hole for the landfill. How many cubic yards of dirt will he have to haul away?
Thats a few questions.... 1) kilo=1000, 5.8kg=5800g. 2) volume=1/2(LengthxWidthxHeight) s.a. = well... there are 3 rectangles... so find the area of those rectangles (LengthxWidth). There are also 2 triangles, so find the area of those (1/2xBasexHeight). Then add all those together! 3) a) Just multiply the three numbers together: 700ftx200ftx85ft=11,900,000ft^3. b)The average amount of garbage deposited in a period of time. c) (I'm in Canada and on the metric system so I can't be too sure about this one, but the internet says there are 9 cubic ft in 1 cubic yard...) (11,900,000ft^3)x(1yrd^3/9ft^3)=1,322,22... Hope that helps!
Q: Army MOS 12N Information?
RE: Army MOS 12N Information?
Q: How do they ventilate subway tunnels when they are building them? Obviously they cant use just electric vehicles to create stations and tunnels. TBMs are electric but they must use excavators, loaders, etc when building stations beneath the surface. How do they ventilate these tunnels?
There are several methods that have and are employed to make tunnels.1 Why do you feel it is obvious that electric machines cannot be used? Tunnels are the type of spaces with limited air that are ideal for the use of non polluting vehicles. Rather than say We have to make pollution, how can we move it somewhere else engineers have asked, How can we not pollute the air. Subways are electrically powered. Modern tunneling machines are probably the very largest electric vehicles.2 Some of the machines have their own power stations located outside of the tunnels and some of the machines will use a grid connection. In most pictures of tunneling you will notice either a conveyor belt or a railroad removing debris. Both of these are also easily electrified. Formerly shafts were sometimes run to the surface for removing debris. And this may continue to be a solution for ongoing operations. There is an island in the middle of the East River in NYC outside of the UN that was formed from tunneling debris for the #7 subway line.3
Q: can not stand ah, every time gank come to leave a piece of Xiang, how can you do not hate this?
It is a waste of hero you when he is like a idiot
Q: some retraining as his 43year old body just can not operate heavy equipment anymore. I have been looking into other career choices for him that do not require much schooling due to his limitations. Would anybody out there have any suggestions. He has a bad back so keep that in mind as you answar. At this point, it doesn't matter if he needs to travel out of state. Thank you.
He needs to go to a career center and get an assessment done. He is 43 so he probably has all kinds of skills but doesn't realize it. What sort of heavy equipment are you talking about? Bulldozer and excavator? If so he might look into training others or doing supervision work. If he has worked around construction sites with heavy equipment in the US he is probably familiar with the safety requirements, and nowadays there are jobs in the safety industry. There is training available, usually, in safety. Assess his back injury, what does it keep him from doing? Some heavy equipment is less strenuous on the back.... need more info. How about trucking? There's crossover in the skills department but possibly not so hard on the back. Just remember, just because he is a blue collar construction worker, at 43 his skill set is probably not only well developed but in demand. Career counselling is really important, and staying positive. Good luck!
Q: Creatures - 20 Hada Freeblade x 3 Kazanadu Blademaster x 3 Halimar Excavator x 4 Jwari Shapeshifter x 4 Harabaz Druid x 2 Qasali Pridemage x 4 Support Spells - 14 Aether Tradewinds x 4 Canopy Cover x 4 Summoning Trap x 2 Marshal's Anthem x 2 Join The Ranks x 2 Lands - 26 Sejiri Steppe x 4 Halimar Depths x 2 Stirring Wildwood x 2 Seaside Citadel x 4 Terramorphic Expanse x 4Island x 4 Forest x 4 Plains x 2
I'm not an expert at magic since i started playing recently but i would take out 2 terramorphic expanses and add 2 more plains since white is a major color in your deck. Also amulet of vigor would be helpful since alot of your lands come into play tapped so take out sejiri steppe for a couple.
Q: fullform of JCB????????
Joseph Cyril Bamford - the founder and the company is Joseph Cyril Bamford (Excavators) Ltd (if it is the company making yellow-and-black engineering vehicles and machines for construction, etc.) you are looking for.
Q: I'm really interested in joining the U.S Navy, hopefully to be a Construction Mechanic (CM). Will i be able to get my A.S.E Certificate after my A-School? Or do i get it after my duty on my own time? And also what civilian jobs may i be able to relatively transfer to really smoothly? And also after the Seabees, im planning to attend U.T.I (Universal Technical Institute) to further pursue my career as a Diesel Engine Mechanic. Is it worth it? Or not? Any suggestions? Detailed reasonable answers are appreciated :) and lastly, is being a CM a good prequisite for my civilian counter part as a Diesel Engine Mechanic? Or is there another rate that's more relatively closer to this job?
How many frickin' times you going to ask this same question? If you haven't gotten an answer you like yet, then you're not going to get one!
