Rockwool production line

Rockwool insulation products are the economical and practical choice. The products are produced from a renewable naturally occurring volcanic rock, saving costs in fuel and energy use.

The products are made from stone wool, a solid rock, to provide stability and durability over the lifetime of a building. The durability of its physical structure means it will keep its dimensions, despite any changes in temperature and humidity. Rockwool’s durable products won’t cause or promote corrosion.

Q: How does operating machinery under water complicate mining procedures?
Absolute pressure at the surface is 14.7psi. Absolute pressure at 250 feet of see water for example is 126psi. That puts the machinery and people into a very different world that us surface dwellers from the get go. The BP job was at something like 7000 to 8000 feet if I remember correctly. That's about 3352psi. People can only dive to about 1000 feet of sea water. So on the BP job there were no people down there working. Everything we saw was from ROVs. Remotely Operated Vehicles. Doing things with a claw that is controlled by a joystick through a TV screen is very different from doing it with your own hands when you're right there looking at it. Even when you do have divers down there they usually only have 1 to 4 people. That's a limited team. They do not have a big box full of tools down there with them. They have the surface crew send the tools to them as needed. Salt water is not good for any kind of tool. It makes them rust and makes the seals break down. This leads to tool failure and many trips back and forth for replacements and repairs. The surface crew is usually young guys 18 to 25 who are not the most mature or reliable people in the world. Tool maintenance does not always get done properly. Divers are regular people. They are stubborn, arrogant, lazy, dumb and any other thing that you run into with coworkers anywhere. If they feel like sitting down for a break, the boss can't always keep a proper watch on them or come down and yell at them. We just finished a well abandonment job where we did the same thing with plugging a well with concrete just like the BP job and it took us 6 tries. That technique doesn't work too good at shallower depths either. This stuff is still full of bugs buts the pursuit of money keeps things moving beyond what we truly understand.
Q: want to go to school to be one, how long is the program and how much do they make yearly. approximately. i live in spring hill florida if that helps any.
The median hourly wage for industrial machinery mechanics in 2008 was $20.98. The highest paid 10 percent earned more than $31.40 per hour. REad the info above..
Q: what products does Zhengzhou Dayu machinery Co.,LD Produce?
Poop farts
Q: How long would it take a farmer to harvest crops in a 1 mile radius with out machinery?
It depends on what crop you have in mind. With a scythe a farmer can harvest hay or grain quite rapidly. Indeed, that was the way it was done for many many years. If he was digging potatoes or picking strawberries it would take a bit longer.
Q: I am making a hypothetical business for school and have decided to create a business that makes whey protein powder from the whey left over from the making cheese. I have searched all over the net but I cant find any information on the machinery used in this process. Can anyone help
nope
Q: would these include non motorized equipment used for processing?
farm machinery, mechanical devices, including tractors and implements, used in farming to save labour. Farm machines include a great variety of devices with a wide range of complexity: from simple hand-held implements used since prehistoric times to the complex harvesters of modern mechanized agriculture.
Q: what is machinery?and its uses.?
Machinery is a series of components working together to accomplish a particular task. They can be crude, simple machines such as a block and tackle or very complex like a CNC Machine or a monster earth moving crane. Most machinery is used in production or manufacturing. However machinery is als o used to move a ship through the water, dig a tunnel or mine shaft, drill for oil, make a baseball bat, make candy etc. The uses are endless.
Q: plz help! its my homework :P ugh. thanks guys xD
The Oxford American Writer's Thesaurus does not mention any antonyms. The opposite of a machine might be human labor. Did you mean synonym? (meaning similar) ... If so, apparatus ,hardware, gear, mechanism, gadgetry, tool, engine
Q: When a virus takes over the machinery of a cell, it forces the cell to manufacture:a. more mitochondria to provide energy for the virus b. more lysosomes for digestion c. more food particles d. more virus particles
D. Look up the experiment done by Hershey and Chase. In their experiment, they used bacteriophages - viruses that attack bacteria.
Q: What can I talk about in my agriculture machinery speech?
I think you should talk about the plow. Consider how it was first a stick that the farmer used to break up the soil. Then it was pulled by livestock. John Deere did revolutionize the plow to break the sod found in this country by early settlers, and turned the soil completely over ao the grass side was buried. He also invented the replaceable tip to the plow, you did not have to replace the whole thing. Now in a move to control erosion, the is no-till farming. This breaks the soil up very little, kind of like the stick but better and faster. Good luck on the research. If you are near the Moline Illinois area, a filed trip to John Deere might be helpful, otherwise the Deere company or any dealer may have information for you to use.
