Working Principle

   With the drive of the motor, the pulley rotates the large gear lead the small gear, and then drives the spindle to swing by the eccentric sleeve. The wall of the broken wall and the wall of the mortar are close, and then separated, the intermediate material is broken under the action of the split, crack and pressure, and it is discharged from the outlet. Lubricating oil is divided into two parts, one part from the bottom along the spindle and the eccentric sleeve lining up to the bowl and the big gear, then confluence to the oil way start from the transmission shaft of the other part  back to the oil lubrication station together.

Hydraulic System

The PYF Model Compound Cone Crusher has a hydraulic system to adjust the size of the crusher's outlet, and the hydraulic system can effectively ensure the safe operation of the equipment. If there has foreign body in the crushing chamber, the hydraulic system can make the movable cone automatic back, when discharged, the system enables the automatic reset under the dynamic cone.

Crusher Cavity Type

The crusher cavity type is the geometric space formed between the dynamic cone and the fixed cone. The cavity type of the crusher is the main technical index of the crushing. The YF Model Compound Cone Crusher adopts labyrinth sealing device, replacing the water seals to prevent dust enter the body of equipment, so as to ensure the oil cleaning, extended service life of ball thrust bearing and sliding bearing to make the machine operation reliably.
