1. Overview

Pump rod cleaning machine is an ideal facility, which can cleans and soaks pump rods. It whooshes up and clean the pump rod with high pressure steam and hot water. That will soften and clean the surface dirty things. The advantage is simple structure, easy accessibility, high-efficient. It is used in national major oil fields widely. Its structure is QTG airtight box. In the box, it can complete soaking and cleaning pump rods directly, and it can clean 50 pump rods every time simultaneously.
   

‍‍The machine is made up of a small rail car,a box, a elevator mechanism, a steam bleeding pipe,a steam release valve , a hydraulic unit, a control cabinet.‍‍

1) A small rail car: There is a feeding car on one side of the cleaning box. The car can take the pump rods into the box along the orbit.After finishing cleaning, you can draw out the rods with the small car.

2) A box: The box is airtight structure. There is a valve for controlling cylinder on one side of feed inlet. When the cylinder opens the valve, the pump rods can go into the box,and then close the valve.
 

3) A elevator mechanism: There is a elevator mechanism on the top cover of the box. When the pump rods are taken into the box by the car, the machanism will take the pump rods down to cleaning solution for soaking.After finishing, it will raise them from the cleaning solution. And then put them on the car for whooshing up with hot water and ejecting with steam.
 

4) A steam bleeding pipe: There is a steam bleeding pipe on the box. It will admeasure and ejcet the high pressure steam. And there is a thermometer, which can keep a close watch on the temperature of the box. 

5) A steam release valve: There is a steam release valve on the top cover of the box. When finishing cleaning the pump rods, open the steam release valve. Let the steam come out,and then open the valve.
  

‍‍6) A hydraulic unit: It is power source of hydraulic transimission. It provide the power for in-and-out for the car, on-and-off of the valve, up-and-down of the elevator mechanism.‍‍

7) A control cabinet: It controls the cleaning machine.
