Product Overview

PP-R (polypropylene random) tube called type three polypropylene pipe and is also called the PP-R pipe or PPR pipe, with energy saving, environmental protection, high strength, corrosion resistance, with smooth inner wall has the advantages of scale, construction and easy maintenance, long service life, widely used in building water supply and drainage, urban drainage city gas and power cable sheath, and industrial fluid transportation, agricultural irrigation construction, municipal, industrial and agricultural fields. The PP-R pipe is made of random copolymerized polypropylene and is extruded into tubes to be molded into tubes.

Advantanges

1, High Temperature Resistance: the maximum sustained working temperature is up to 70 Degrees Celsius, the maximum transient temperature is up to 95 Degrees Celsius.
2, Heat insulation and Saving Energy: low thermal conductivity which is only 1/1500 of brass pipe, and 1/250 of steel pipe.
Non-toxic: no heavy metal additives would not be covered with dirty or contaminated by bacterium.
3, Corrosion Resistant: resist chemical matters or electron chemical corrosion.
4, Lower Installation Costs: light weight and good hot-melt performance can reduce installation costs by as much as 50% over metal piping system.
5, Higher Flow Capacity: smooth interior walls result in lower pressure loss and higher volume than metal pipes.
6, Long Life: more than 50 years under normal conditions.
7, Recycled and Environment-friendly.

Q: How are plastic tubes measured?
Plastic tubes are typically measured by their outer diameter, which is the distance across the widest point of the tube.
Q: How are plastic tubes printed with instructions or warnings?
Plastic tubes are typically printed with instructions or warnings using various printing techniques such as screen printing, digital printing, or pad printing. These methods involve transferring the desired text or image onto the tube's surface using ink or other printing materials. The specific technique used depends on factors like the complexity of the design, the type of plastic, and the desired durability of the printed information.
Q: Where do I find a metal magazine tube follower for a remington 1187?? All i can find are plastic!!!?
MOST newer followers are plastic, and seem to work just fine.
Q: Just curious, when there is only a bit of toothpaste left, I have to squeeze little by little from bottom up. But then after using it, I'll have to do the same thing next time around. Obviously the toothpaste has to settle down the tube. Why and how does it do that?
The plastic material has internal stresses that retain the shape it was cast in originally. Since it is attached to a round head it tends to form a sort of flattened cone. The toothpaste moves back up the tube to fill the available space as it is a type of really thick fluid. The shape may also lead to the toothpaste moving upwards due to capillary action (similar to how water moves up a very thin straw) To combat this effect, you can buy a little squeezy thing that rolls over the tube to prevent the toothpaste from moving backwards, or you can fold/bend it over as you use it like many people do. I store mine upright on the cap so the toothpaste settles at the end I squeeze it out of. The tube also uses less counter space when you store it upright as compared to laid over on its side.
Q: How long do plastic tubes typically last?
The lifespan of plastic tubes typically depends on various factors such as the quality of the material, the conditions they are exposed to, and how they are used. However, on average, plastic tubes can last anywhere from a few years to several decades.
Q: I have a long flexible 1 plastic tube that is attached to itself forming a closed circuit and I'd like to add an electric blower to it to flow air continuously that will make a small ball go around continuously. I'd like to splice the blower into the 1 plastic tube but need to know where or how to exhaust the air to keep the air circuit moving continuously in one direction.
there may be an easier way... use a y connection to join the tube.. the blower is one part of the y it forces the air into the tube at an angle.. the ball will then move past the spot where the pump is blowing pump y .................y ......................y h h h y.....y........y.h.h.h.h the h's are then connected end to end and the ball willl move clockwise .. remember that you are forcing air into a closed system so you will have to put some vent holes in the hose to allow some air to escape or put a pressure release valve to let the pressure drop when its too high..
Q: It comes in a plastic bag, no information is on it such as what plastic number it is. Tried google but nothing relevant is coming up.PLEASE LIST RESOURCE.Thank you.
They are probably Polyprop but if you can not identify the plastic you cant recycle-generally. You need to ask a manufacturer
Q: Can plastic tubes be used for cable management systems?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for cable management systems. They are commonly used to organize and protect cables, providing a neat and orderly layout while preventing tangling and damage. Plastic tubes offer flexibility, durability, and easy installation, making them a popular choice for cable management in various settings such as offices, homes, and data centers.
Q: Hello. I bought a Stentor Conservatoire Outfit and in the box is a long tube that's under the bow in the case. It is a see through tube the same length as the bow and has a black bit on each end that can be taken off.
It's a string tube. You store spare strings in it (violin strings).
Q: My little brother just got 2 gerbils. One of them is fine going in the tubes and coming back down, but the other won't go up. He will climb down if you put him up there, but he won't climb up on his own. Their sleeping area is on the top floor, and there's another floor with his food and water on it. The water bottle will only fit in that spot, so there's no other way to move the bottle. Also, how do i get them to figure out how to use a water bottle?
the gerbil will most likely climb up the tubes when he is ready. don't worry about him nor being able to get to the food and water, if you put him up there once he will no it is up there, so, when he gets hungry he'll find his way up there, its their instinct. and they probably already know how to use the Water bottle, it is the easy est way to get them to drink, and so the place you got them from probably used them too. don't worry, your pets will be fine, its normal for pats to be timid when they first get into a new home, but they will get used to it. p.s. i speak from experience, so i know what im talking about, im not one of those guys who gets all their info. off the internet.
