PE rattan and resin wicker are durable synthetic materials, so they are far easier to clean and maintain 

than natural rattan and wicker. You can make your PE rattan and resin wicker outdoor furniture look 

new if you follow these few simple tips:

CLEANING

Cushions and Pillows: Remove the cushion and pillow covers. Mix about 1 tablespoon of pH-neutral 

laundry detergent in 2 cups of lukewarm water and stir until it foams. Clean the covers with a soft 

bristle brush damped in the solution, and hang them to dry. 

Furniture: Remove dirt from the furniture crevices using a soft bristle brush or a hand held vacuum. 

Mix 1/4 cup of mild laundry detergent and a gallon of warm water and stir until it foams. Brush 

the furniture with a sponge damped in the solution. Rinse the outdoor furniture thoroughly with a 

garden hose and set it to dry in the sun. 

Mildew: If you need to remove mold or mildew, try a solution of bleach and water. Mix at a ratio of 

50/50 and wipe down with a sponge or use a toothbrush. Rinse the outdoor furniture thoroughly with 

a garden hose and set it to dry in the sun. 

MAINTENANCE

♣ Cover your outdoor rattan wicker furniture (whether it is a garden set, sofa set, dining set or sun 

    lounger) with a tarp if not in use. 

♣ Put your patio or garden outdoor rattan wicker furniture indoors when temperature falls below zero. 

♣ Always take the cushions and pillows of your rattan wicker outdoor furniture indoors. 

♣ Clean your outdoor rattan wicker furniture regularly, about two or three times a year.

♣ Make sure the outdoor furniture is thoroughly rinsed in each cleaning.

♦ Rattan: What is your rattan warranty? What colors are available? 

Our rattan has an average warranty of 2 to 3 years. We supply several hundred colors of rattan for 

customers to choose from. If you want a special color, please kindly let us know. And we can offer 

Viro, Rehau, Rino rattan if you need. You can also choose either simple or complex weaving 

patterns for your furniture. As different weaving takes different time, the final prices will differ. 

♦ Can you give more details of your cushions and pillows? 

The fabrics we use for cushions and pillows generally have a warranty of 1 to 2 years, but we can 

also offer SUNBRELLA fabrics, which can last for 5 to 8 years and even longer. Our cushion and 

pillow cover is a two-layer structure--a removable outer cover with zipper and an inner nonwoven 

fabric cover. Foam for the pillow is polyester fiber fill. You can decide to buy the cushions (and/or 

pillows) or not. We will provide two prices for your reference.

♦ What foam do you offer?

We offer different foams as requested by our clients. Ordinary foams have good shape keeping and 

resilience but poor water permeability. On the contrary, fiber cotton has good water permeability 

but poor shape keeping and resilience. Quick dry foam has good water permeability and resilience, 

but its price is higher. Foam in our quotes, if not specified, is ordinary foam. 

♦ What is your lead time on rattan furniture? Can you provide samples? 

For pre-production sample making, our lead time is 15 to 30 days upon receipt of deposit. For mass 

production, our average lead time is 30-45 days. As the lead time varies with a lot of factors, please 

contact our customer service center to confirm. We provide samples. As samples generally are small 

orders, we will demand extra charges for sample making. However, we will return the extra charges 

to the buyers if they place an order after receiving the samples.
