 Introduction:

The comprehensive technical performance and economic indicator of PP-R are much better than galvanized pipe, UPVC pipe, polyethylene-aluminum compound pipe, PE-X (cross-linked polyethylene) and polybutylene pipe etc. For this reason PP-R is the leading products and widely used for feed-water piping in developed countries in Europe and America.

German Standard DIN8077 and DIN8078.

Nowadays PPR pipes win more attention and have been used all over the whole world more widely with its excellent sanitization performance, high heat resistance, compression resistance, corrosion resistance, pliability and seismic performance which make PP-R the real environmental friendly pipe.

Application:

1) Cold and hot water systems of residence and commercial buildings

2) Transportation of industrial water supply and chemical materials

Q:How are plastic tubes labeled with lot numbers?
Plastic tubes are typically labeled with lot numbers through various methods such as adhesive labels, inkjet printing, or laser etching directly on the tube surface. These lot numbers help track and identify specific batches of tubes, ensuring traceability and quality control in manufacturing processes.
Q:How do you prevent plastic tubes from becoming brittle in cold weather?
One way to prevent plastic tubes from becoming brittle in cold weather is to use plastic materials that are specially formulated to withstand low temperatures. These materials are designed to have a higher resistance to cold and are less likely to become brittle. Additionally, insulating the tubes or providing them with some form of protective covering can help to maintain a higher temperature and prevent them from being exposed directly to the cold air, thus reducing the risk of brittleness.
Q:I'm thinking about making a homemade UV clarifier for my pond
Your going to have two problems with 'plastic'. First it will block some or all of the UV and second the ozone that is generated will attack the plastic making it brittle and prone to breaking.
Q:My model rocket's (currently being built) body tube has a slight issue.First, this is how im making it.Taking a plastic tube, I wrap a piece of construction paper around it, and glue it. (not to the tube, but to itself so I can slide out the tube, and have a cylindrical paper mold.) Next, I take a special type of paper with water-activated adhesive on one side, and wrap it around the construction paper. However, now that everythings dry, I find that upon gluing the construction paper, I also glued it to the tube. Now the plastic tube is stuck within. How can I get it out without tearing my outer shell?Im guessing with heat/cold, but Im not sure.
To save what you have so far, slit the tube you glued up and peel it off, clean the plastic tube. Then re-glue your paper tube with white glue using wax paper over the plastic tube. Then add another layer or two of the water activated paper. You can cut the paper into 3 inch wide strips then spiral it around the tube. It will be much stronger. Make your tube longer then you need because the ends will be rough and you will want to cut them off. Let it dry for a few days so it will stiff-in up. If it is not strong enough add more layers.
Q:Can plastic tubes be used for packaging fragile items?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for packaging fragile items. They provide a protective and secure enclosure, preventing damage to delicate objects during transport or storage.
Q:Are plastic tubes suitable for hydraulic applications?
No, plastic tubes are generally not suitable for hydraulic applications due to their lack of strength and resistance to high pressure and temperature.
Q:How are plastic tubes measured and specified?
Plastic tubes are typically measured and specified based on their outer diameter (OD), inner diameter (ID), and length. The OD and ID are measured using micrometers or calipers, while the length is measured using a measuring tape or ruler. The specifications are often indicated in millimeters or inches. Additionally, the thickness of the tube's wall may also be specified, as it can affect its strength and durability.
Q:Can plastic tubes be used for food and beverage applications?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for food and beverage applications.
Q:How to remove dirt on the inner wall of plastic pipe?
In the first bowl upside down water, tap water can, do not need too much, and probably can usually wash water, then pour 84 disinfectant, and then put for a while, with a rubber glove hand cloth wipe dirt in the basin, can easily fix.
Q:Recently I've been treated, And i was taking the metro gel where the little plastic tubes are to be put inside you in order the get rid of BV around the same time i was told i was positive for chlamydia, and by then i had already wash the tube thoroughly with nothing but water and placed it in the box. I then stopped the process of the metro gel so that i could be cured for chlamydia. Last night i reused the same tube that i was using when i had chlamydia. Did i just re-contract chlamydia back into my body without intercourse. I was told intercourse was the only way to catch this disease? Did anyone else experience this?I already been to the doctor 3 times in one month, it is so embarrassing having to constantly go to the doctor about the same issue. that is why i'm on the net asking this very personal question, because i'm impatient and i must know now. does anyone have a positive, overly-confident answer?
Relax, you're fine. A woman indeed may reinfect herself with chlamydia, but don't worry, this condition can be completely prevented. Chlamydia is sensitive to heat, the pathological bacterium can only live for 5~10 minutes in degree 50~60. Plus, away from our body, pathogen of chlamydia will die soon. Except for intercourse, clamydia can spread through sharing the infected toys. And for a certain condition, a pregnant woman can give chlamydia to her baby. Anyhow, do not have to worry about it, you'd be ok!
