Purchase some self drilling screws hex head ( these screws have a drill point on the end of them). You do not need to pre-drill holes for these screws. Simply run them in the hasp holes. Use like a #8 or #10 self drill screw with a hex head probably 3/16 or 1/4 hex head. This is the easiest of the two methods.
