 In the cylinder box, the tube body we have a plastic; and in both side we have two form round pieces  to protect the pins.

The warranty for led tube is 3 years.

Within the warranty period, GA lighting bears the shipping cost back and forth for replacing the defective goods. 

In addition, GA lighting provides free repairing service and accessories.

4. Installation Guide:

Turn off the power and remove the traditional tube from the light fixture.

 Step1, Take out the starter and ballast from the light fixture.

 Step2, Cut the wires and connect the AC live line and null line.

 Step3, Install GA LED tube into the fixture.

 Step4, Screw the tube into position.
