Features:Hardened and precision ground guide-ways are Turcite-B coated. Extra wide box ways design increase contact surface area for higher stability, faster positioning and heavier cutting. The multi-speed spindle adopts top quality German-built Z.F. dual section gear box. Fully sealed immersion type lubrication with oil chiller circulates coolant and keeps the machine running cool even at 10,000 rpm. (Optional: KMV-8VC).The spindle runs on high precision taper roller bearings which allow for any type of heavy duty cutting without vibration. The Z axis is balanced with Nitrogen in conjunction with pneumatic Nitrogen cushioning of the headstock for automatic balancing during vertical motion. Perfectly level and smooth action eradicates vibration. (Optional: KMV-8VC)Lubricant is pressure fed at a volumetric ratio for even distribution at all critical points for optimal lubrication. All three axes employ C3 grade high precision ball screws, each with dual pretension nuts and internal cooling ducts with preloaded support at both ends. The spindle and ball screws at all three axes are cooled by re-circulated oil which passes through an oil chiller, dispelling heat deformation (optional: KMV-8VC).The disc type system is fast and compact. Arm movement is smooth with excellent repeatability. Tool change time is 2.5 seconds (BT40).Compatible with a variety of CNC control systems including Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Heidenhain or Italian Selca..Sizes available from 820 × 600× 600mm to 1600 × 815 × 815mm ( X × Y × Z ).

Q:And if not, what methods do they use to harvest crops? Please state your reference. Thanks
Gee Levi, I am an organic farmer and I hardly spray my crops at all with pesticides. You do realize that organic pesticides are not persistent in the environment like synthetics that can persist in the soil and water for several years. organic pesticides are generally persistent for a couple of days. Did you know if you have a good balance of beneficial to pest insects you really don't need to spray much at all and you get a marketable crop. I have sprayed zero insecticides this season and so far have sold tons of food to the public. You are also assuming the growing produce is like orcharding-it is not. Apples, peaches etc if grown conventionally get sprayed down with some really nasty chemicals weekly. The organic folks also spray weekly but with things like soap, neem, Bt, lime sulfur, kelp. they also do things like bag each pomme which means almost no insecticide sprays after petal fall. So yes organic growers do use sprays but they are not the toxic sprays conventional growers use-you can eat an organic apple right after organic sprays are applied. Conventional apples cannot be sprayed within 6 weeks of harvest-so you see there is a huge difference in the sprays being used.
Q:How come when working with machinery that vibrates alot ,such as a tiller, your hands feel itchy?
When you grasp it, your hand will vibrate, which makes it go a fast speed in a short distance, but the rest of your body won't, so it will feel weird. Then, when you let go, your hands will be used to the vibrations, so it will feel weird and itch.
Q:shanghai shibang machinery
I'm okorder with any more questions.
Q:I am doing an energy audit for a plastic manufacturing company for my final year university project. The company runs on 3 phase and has a large variety of different machinery (blow molders, injection molders, compressors, refrigerators etc) I am required to measure each component and determine how much is contributed to the monthly electricity bill. What is the best way to do this? Is there any pieces of equipment I can use (such as something similar to the kill-a-watt) which can attach to the machine and measure kW usage? The machines run on demand so therefore taking an average from the specifications would be too inaccurate.NEED SOME HELP PLEASE :(
If it runs on demand, whatever you put down will be correct. Let them prove you wrong! Or you could guestimate how long they are used each day and take the nameplate power rating off the machine, then do the math.
Q:can we as humans learn how to fly without any type of machinery?
No. Even if you could somehow grow wings, you still wouldn't be able to get off the ground. People assume that birds and insects can fly soley because they have wings, but that's just the most obvious part of a complicated physiological mechanism. Flying birds and insects have bodies that have become completely streamlined for flight by evolution; the lightest possible bodies, and the greatest possible aerodynamics. Humans simply aren't designed to fly.
Q:we already use all kinds of technology. My question to all of you is, How long before the human specie doesn't not have to do anything for themselves? Some form of technology will be there for there assistance?
Love machinery, hate it when it doesn't work. Since computers began there was this thing called paperless system. I have yet to see a paperless system. Machinery will always need someone to turn it on, maintain it, repair it etc,, Maybe even create more jobs.
Q:How do the proteins of the transcription machinery access DNA that is tightly associated in chromatin?
Chromatin is tightly condensed to chromosomes only during mitotic/meiotic phases and not all the time. In your body, right now there are several cells which are not dividing and hence the DNA is freely available coiled around histone proteins. Transcription machinery access DNA by unwinding DNA from histones (histone deacetylases) initially. Later DNA gyrase unwinds the coiled DNA (like zip open) where the transcription machinery acts.
Q:with out like running walking or jogging outside for that purpose?
Circuit training is good, get some dumbells and get creative with it. Also bodyweight exercises work pretty well. Both can be combined. You can't really target a specific area though for fat burning, your body burns fat all over. But you can burn fat and focus on the area muscles. Diet, obviously, is important and is the best way to lose fat.
Q:What are the differences between loaders, gearboxes and other brands of loaders manufactured by Shandong construction machinery?
Product upgrades our wheel loader by "seventy-two" source: Author: click on: 10062008 years, energy saving, safety, comfort and easy maintenance features of wheel loader has been more concern in the industry
Q:Is there any way to gain pecks without weights or machinery, maby a technique, or just a simple way to exercise them without weights.thanks
