- Yes, the bed stand (frame) is used so you are not sleeping on the floor, having a frame lifts the bed, so that getting in and out of bed is easier. When it comes to bugs, it does not matter if your bed is on a frame or on the floor, if the bugs want to get in your bed to sleep with you they will...lol On the floor off the floor it is all a matter of preference. Some people like their beds on the floor they feel it gives them more stability, and makes the bed firmer. When the bed is on a frame and if you move around a lot the bed will shift a little easier than if it was on the floor. Do not worry about what anyone thinks you are the one sleeping in your bed, so whatever makes you more comfortable is what you should do!
- Q: If I steam every inch of my room with a steamer, as well as clean all my clothes, will I get rid of every single bed bug? When I say steam every inch I literally mean, under the box spring, under the bed, on top of the bed, on top of the box spring, the carpet, the closet etc. Will this help? Thanks an advance.

- Q: My brother taught our dog to go up on beds. The dog is a Yorkie. She needs to be picked up to be on the bed. I don't really like her on my bed. Especially since she has fleas and seems to not be able to get rid of them. :/ any suggestions to get her to not want to be on the bed? She has her own doggie bed but she doesn't go in it anymore since she has been on my bed. And she will continue to cry until I pick her up to put her on the bed. I really wish my brother wouldn't have let her on his bed. She used to be content to be on the floor. Thanks for the help.
- Get Advantage II for small breed dogs for her fleas. Put her in her bed ad give her a treat. She can learn that that is your bed and she has her own bed. She needs to learn that by crying, she will not get her way. Spoiled little dogs are a pain. Put her on his bed not yours.
- Q: My son hates his crib! He is 20 months old and has always slept in his crib NEVER slept in me and my husbands bed ONCE. But latly at my mothers , its a low crib , he climbs out and sleeps in the guest bed right next to it...and my mom will find him there in the morning. Well now he hates his crib here! But it is too big and tall for him to climb out and just screams and cries. I lay him in our bed with us and complete slience....he only whines a little if i leave the room.The only thing i am worried about if i switch him to a toddler bed is him getting up in the middle of the night and opening doors and getting into things....he isnt that good at opening doors but has done it before. - Change him into a toddler bed if you wish, but the best way to make him sleep with less fuss is giving him your company. He will feel safe and will fall asleep in no time. And when he's asleep get out of there as quietly as you can. He will grow out of it.

- I saw an episode on tv about bedbugs. Some woman got them while on a trip, guess from the motel. She got home and within a few days she started waking up with these little red blotches all over her. They finally determined it was bed bugs. They come out in the dark, and basically eat at flesh, leaving these red markings. She had some company come out to kill them, they found the main source of them, her luggage. They had suits on and they had these exterminating equipment and they sprayed some stuff that instantly freezes them to death. II don't know about the oxygen part, but I do know they get rid of them by freezing them instantly, and they're eggs. Hope this helps. (I think I saw this on Monster's Inside Me) on tv.
